Always great service! I have been a long-time customer (12 years), and every year the plaques, trophies, and mugs exceed my expectations. This year, we had some awards get damaged in shipping, and they were quick and diligent in making it right. Trophy Depot makes the best of every dollar spent!

Marian was very helpful and responsive. I ordered a piano finish acrylic plaque and she answered all my questions very quickly. She also made sure the order was processed and shipped so that we could receive it in time for our event. She is the only reason I decided to move forward with Trophy Depot versus a local company.
