Long time customer, no more quantity discount?
I have used Trophy Depot for over 15 years in ordering medals for my Track and Field Camp. The selection is huge, and the medals are high quality. I am sad to say that I had to move on from them this year. I was ready to order over 200 medals, a mix of gold, silver and bronze. A quantity discount has always applied as they are all the same medal, just different colors. According to customer service, their updated policy does not allow for this discount. The price went up almost $200. Hope it was worth it for the bottom line, but your products are now not worth it for a long time customer.

The round sticker on the top that says "Cornhole King" is only on one side whiche leaves the other side blank and looking cheap. The sticker should be placed on both sides. My order was sent to the wrong address, but your company quickly moved to correct the situation and it worked out fine.

I ordered the 5 year acrylic awards and…
I ordered the 5 year acrylic awards and the crystal awards for staff of the year. I placed the order 1 week before our end of year event. Nervous that perhaps it would not be make it on time though I did pay to expedite the shipping. I received the awards earlier than expected. The quality of the acrylic is heavy with beautiful etching in blue.

The trophies turned out great! Customer service exceeded expectations! I recieved my order on Friday evening, as we needed them for Saturday. We were missing 1 trophy so I called the customer service line right away. Keep in mind this is a Friday afternoon at 430 and I need these trophies the very next day. The company is in North acarolina and I'm in Florida. Trophy Depot made sure that trophy arrived in time and went above and beyond! Thank you
