This group really teaches great material. They care about their listeners. There is much thought and care for viewers. They take their time to answer quuestions and make sure folks are not getting left behind. I would recomend they to anyone getting started!!!!

The way they break down the business model (cash vs. payments/terms) and then teach you how to communicate it simply to sellers has helped me build more trust and confidence on calls. Seller calls to refresh the process, my biggest error.
Andrew and Leo are amazing at what they do, and I appreciate their enthusiasm for educating and empowering other real estate investors to succeed. They are also straightforward and ethical. They don't just tell you about their experience and leave you to figure it out on your own, like some training programs out there. They give you the how and why, but then they show you how to put that knowledge to work for you by letting students listen in on live seller calls, which I found to be immensely helpful! In addition, their excellent team mirrors their values, which for me speaks volumes about the character of a business and it's leadership. I highly recommend Truka Real Estate if you want to become a successful real estate investor.
My Truka experience in just one week has changed my business and personal perspectives.
