What a wonderful experience working with Ignas and Leva at Truoba! From the first message I sent enquiring about their services to recently receiving our final custom plans, communication has been helpful, courteous and extremely prompt. (We wanted to build this year, so the quick response time was very important.) During the design process, we changed the size of our proposed house a couple of times, the orientation of the house on the site and the window configuration. Each time, Ignas and Leva worked with us to get the layout just right. If you're looking for an architect, look no further. Truoba will work with you until you're fully satisfied. My husband and I highly recommend them!
I recently designed and purchase a custom. Version of 821. Started out at 1990 ft and with both Ingas and Vaida’s tireless help we have a 2600 ft 4 br plan. The Extrodinary difference between Truoba and others is that they are fast and helpful with all changes and very inexpensive for the quality and brilliant design ideas that they come up with. In addition they are very nice and patient as I know from my many changes they were always professional and helped me to make my home so special . Ingas the owner is a man you can trust. He is very ethical and does precisely what he promises. No need to worry about sending payments. His plans are incredible with mine over 26 pages . They include Plumning, electrical and everything you can imagine including color renderings of all Elevations . They also site your house on your lot with correct placement and give recommendations as well. The type of quality and special Scandinavian design skills are rare to begin with and Truoba is real thing working from Northern Europe any State side Archetect would be at least triple the cost and still not as good. and their homes blow people away when done and are not nearly as expensive to build as they seem. Most Archetect’s are not thinking of costs and waste Ingas however does. They also do high end natural finishes in wood and interior trim min and 8 ft doors with high ceilings make all the difference well worth the add costs and make a huge difference . I give Truoba 5 star and I highly recommend them to design your home or project .
We worked with Trouba to design a custom home based on a mix of their existing concepts. They were thoroughly collaborative throughout the process and supported us all the way through to city approvals. We especially appreciate their attentiveness in offering ideas and solutions, ingenuity to guide us in making the most of our floorplan, and creativity in enhancing the design aesthetic. We can very much recommend Trouba for their custom designed homes and architectural support.

Truoba is outstanding
After consulting with several different architectural firms, I decided to go with Truoba. I love their design language. So I decided to buy a Truoba plan and then have them make a couple subtle modifications.
The Truoba team was a pleasure to deal with. Ignas and his team were very responsive and had thoughtful ideas when I asked for changes to the plans. I'd definitely use Truoba again.
Our custom home design experience with Truoba has been outstanding from start to finish. Their architectural style was exactly what we were looking for, and they delivered a beautifully designed home—both inside and out.
We faced a unique challenge: our home needed to be elevated approximately 10 feet on concrete pilings. This required an especially efficient and thoughtful layout, and Truoba rose to the occasion.
The communication with Ieva and Ignas was truly impressive. They were always highly responsive, open to our ideas, and quick to implement changes. Their collaborative approach helped bring our vision to life and resulted in the perfect design.
We’re incredibly proud of our custom plan and can’t wait to begin the building phase and watch their hard work take shape.

Mini 220
We discovered Truoba while searching for modern house plans and were immediately drawn to the 220. It had the clean, efficient layout we were looking for, but we needed a few changes to make it fit our lifestyle. The team at Truoba was incredible to work with. They helped us customize the plan, tweaking the layout to better suit our property and future needs. Throughout the process, they were responsive, thoughtful, and full of creative ideas that made the final design even better than we imagined. The result is a home that feels both stylish and deeply personal. We couldn't be happier and would absolutely recommend Truoba to anyone looking to design a modern, functional home with a team that truly listens.

We worked with Truoba to design a…
We worked with Truoba to design a custom home for our property in Washington state. Ignas and team have done a phenomenal on the home design. We received our final plans have started working with an engineer and local government. The engineer had some minor feedback that we plan to have Truoba address. So far working with Truoba has been a seamless process. I will continue to update this review as we move through the home building process.
My reason for choosing to work with Truoba was how impressed I was with how strongly all of the on line reviews stressed how responsive Ingas was.
My experience pushed the envelope of the required responsiveness needed to get our project done.
Our project started as a "modify the 615 to conform with ADU zoning requirements". It soon became clear that would not be possible and we switched to a full custom design. Issues of zoning still emerged but Ingas and Viada who joined the team stayed incredibly responsive to both zoning requirements and my dream of creating a 900 sq ft ADU with the look and feel of the 5400 sq ft home we are downsizing from.
I now am moving forward to construction with a solid set of build drawings and specifications knowing I made the best possible choice working wth Truoba.
Working with Truoba on our custom home was a fantastic experience. They listened to our vision, offering innovative ideas while respecting our style. The attention to detail and open communication made the process smooth and enjoyable. Our home turned out to be a perfect blend of modern style and function, capturing exactly what we hoped for. We highly recommend them to anyone seeking a talented and attentive architect.
i live in Germany and came across a Truoba design that i liked on the internet. I decided, instead of searching for a local architect, I was going to ask Truoba LLC to create the design for my new home in Germany. I could not be happier with this decision, they made this whole process a very pleasant experience for me, someone building far away. So patient, always responsive and professional. I would like to thank Ignas and Vaida for their accessibility, advice and professional support along the way!

Truoba Class 1622 Plan. Exceptional Designs and Outstanding Architects to Work With
Truoba is unique in architectural design, when my wife and I were looking for house plans to build our home, we wanted something that provides contemporary design with a combination of the traditional elements of Mediterranean architecture and nothing came close to this design from Truoba. We made some requests for modifications to fit our vision and Ignas and Vaida were very responsive and worked efficiently to get us the changes we wanted. We were very pleased with the results and they even provided us renderings of our final design. The plan/construction package is very detailed and organized, it will make building very easy. We look forward to seeing our home when we complete it, it will be the perfect architecture and design!
If you want house designs that are contemporary and unique, but also can have some traditional elements, we highly recommend Truoba. Ignas and his team do exceptional work!

Truoba House Plan 320
Working with Ignas and his team at Trouba was a great experience. Had to make several changes and they were able to accommodate all of my requests quickly and efficiently. If you are looking for online home plans especially Mid Century Modern plans don't waste your time at other sites! Great plans and great people at Truoba.
Working with the Truoba team to develop a customized house plan has been a fantastic experience. The entire process has been seamless and easy, and the architects were extremely responsive and eager to make our various modifications that we requested. We appreciated their consultative approach, and we never felt pressured or hurried to finalize our plans. The experience far surpassed our expectations. Highly recommend!
I have worked with the folks from Truoba on a couple projects now and the experience was the same on each project. The level of professionalism is unparalleled, communication is effortless and their designs are beautiful and functional. I plan to work with Ignas on each and every project we build and I would highly suggest giving them an opportunity with your new home design.

Exceptional design, collaboration & communication
We have had a fantastic experience working with Ignas, Vaida and the Truoba team and absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to design a custom home! My husband and I purchased a lot a couple of years ago and have been working with Truoba for the last 1.5 years as we designed our custom home, and the home is now under construction. They have always been extremely collaborative, quick to respond, patient, professional, and of course, they provided exceptional architectural design services. When we began working with Truoba, we had a vision for our home, but they helped us to bring it to life in a way that we could have never imagined. We are so happy that they have truly helped us to design our dream home. I could go on and on about how happy we are with their services, but in short, working with Truoba has been one of the best decisions we made throughout our custom home journey.
Absolutely the best architectural company to work with! We have been working with Truoba for years, and they are prompt, understanding, skilled, and were instrumental in bringing the vision for our dream home to life!
We customized a set of plans through Truoba and was really pleased with the whole process. They provided renderings of the customizations before we purchased the full set of plans and were very helpful and responsive. We haven’t built yet - but I’m excited to see the end result !
Working with Truoba was a pleasure - they worked hard to bring our vision to life while being knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. We love our finished plans and can’t wait to see them built!
