My experience was made great even before I made my purchase; I called the tech team who answered right away, spoke excellent English, knew the answers to all my questions and helped me decide on which product I wanted to purchase. After I downloaded the software, I didn't do a great job on installation and called the Tech team again and Eman (sp?) patiently walked me through the fix, step by step.
