My experience was made great by the fact that this was a legitimate copy of Microsoft Office and I had no worries about activation. Their response was immediate and as soon as I placed my order I received an email minutes later with my download and key. Thank you very much TrustedTech for a great product and a great price!
I paid 99.99 so I could change my debit…
I paid 99.99 so I could change my debit card number I owed 108,00 but I was unable to change my last number used, so I changed it by applying for a new membership. Thank you for refunding my 99,00 so promptly this was the only way I could think to correct my card number. I am not a gee obviously.

Had difficulty with the license and could not open apps
The software download went smoothly, but when I tried to open the Microsoft applications, it told me no license was found and that my Office 2019 license was no longer valid. Only after I spent too much time on this did I learn that I had to download a license uninstaller. It would have saved me a lot of time if TrustedTech had provided this instruction (or if it did, that it made it more obvious).

I encountered an issue with the installation instructions and have paused my efforts to get Publisher installed. I submitted a request for assistance and have yet to hear anything from TrustedTech.

A head above the competition!
In a world of increasing unnecessary complexity (which equals to waste time, frustration and even aborting), Trusted Tech has fairly simple processes, attainable Cust Serv to clear doubts which make the experience fairly tolerable (there is always a bit of inherent complexity in licensing, and it will never be a "pleasure" to sort it out). Kuddos on doing a good job and putting the customer first! It's something that many a company forgot. Not only I would buy again, I also strongly recommend TrustedTech as the best alternative purchasing channel.

Great experience. Had windows activated in 10 minutes. There was an initial hiccup, but customer service helped me in under 5 minutes via email. 100% satisfied.
Excellent Customer Service
TrustedTech has been our source for software for years. their competent people have helped us though large projects where licensing was confusing and made it manageable if not easy. Recently, when a license was purchased for the wrong product, they worked with us to get it quickly resolved and corrected. They have always created a positive experience.

Legitimate and fast
I had Office 2013 and I needed to update, but I refused to get 2021/2024 because I hate modern comments. I searched forever and ever to find a legitimate copy of 2019. TrustedTech was the only place I found that was legit. I got the installation key within minutes. This solved my biggest problem in my workflow. Thanks so much for providing me with 2019 home and office.
