Customer service is off the chart great! After I had covid I had a very hard time with my memory and energy. After about 3 weeks on the gummies it returned with a vengeance I was so clear-headed and my words came back super fast. I didn't think anything would work but these mushroom gummies definitely do!

When I first came across their website, I was skeptical about the product, but I thought I'd give it a chance. After I got the product, I contacted them. I spoke to an individual. I do not know if it was AI or a person. I was worried about. The multiple medications I take. I take 2 psycheds, and I was worried that they would interfere. Well, they did a little bit. But eventually, the product did take effect. My partner was wondering what I was taking wondering what was going on with me. I am opting on all cylinders, expressing and doing things that I haven't done in years. I am on a plethora of medications. I am HIV positive, have been for 40 years and I was skeptical that the product would have any effect. Well, lo and behold it has, and I am feeling quite wonderful. I'm doing the lion's main, and I love it, absolutely love it. You know, honesty, if your product continues to have the effect on me that it has so far. I am looking forward to some wonderful days that I have left and I will sing your praise of your product, Jack.

I NEVER do subscriptions and I read every word before ordering. Still got the $105 charge coming soon email. Tried to cancel & the deceptive marketing was laughably evident. Hiding cancel actions in nearly white type so you couldn’t see it, indication wanting to cancel & the company throwing a green circle with what actually said “keep my subscription,” with tiny print below saying cancel, needing a code I had to ask for twice. Finally found all the tricks and was able to get cancelled. When a company has to work this hard, something is wrong.

I take so many supplements for stress relief/better sleep, I don't really know what effect these gummies are having, but I'm willing to keep taking them for another couple months. when I was charged for a further 3 months after just 30 days, I objected, wrote to Auri and got quick response and a credit -- so kudos for good customer service but the jury's still out on product effectiveness.

Auri support responded so quickly. When my need wasn't accepted by the website (my fault), the rep went ahead and filed my request for me ! Then they continued to kindly follow up until my need was handled. I've rarely experienced this level of excellence in customer service.
I started taking the Focus and Daily gummies alternating monthly. My memory has gotten better. I’ve been taking them for the past 8 months and I feel great! Thank you Auri!
