I bought the focus mushroom gummies. The advertisement showed the woman focused and cleaning instead of being unmotivated. These gummies when used as directed did nothing for me. I requested a refund, but did not receive one. As far as I am concerned, this company is scamming people who don't find there product satisfactory. No refund policy!! Buyer beware!!!

I got a subscription I never wanted and charged allot of money I never had to give for a product that doesn’t work. It was only suppose to be a one time purchase to try it out. Instead I have been charged a lot of my money while trying to chase a way to cancel this subscription!

Despite weeks of effort and communication, I never received the products I paid for!!
I placed an order with Auri Nutrition around December 15–17, for over $1,000 CAD, initially to be shipped to my home in Quebec, Canada. Unfortunately, there seemed to be a glitch or recurring issue with their system when entering my Canadian address.
To be fair, Auri Nutrition’s customer service was responsive and helpful at first, and they acknowledged the issue.
Because I was scheduled to meet my cousin on December 26 (we were meeting in Ontario, halfway between Michigan and Quebec), I decided on a workaround:
I had the order shipped to my cousin’s address in Michigan, based on Auri’s assurance that shipping would take 4–5 business days. This gave plenty of buffer time, as the package was supposed to arrive no later than December 22.
By December 18, tracking showed the package had already reached Indianapolis, only about four hours from my cousin. From that point on, the package became stuck at the shipping facility, with no movement for days.
I repeatedly contacted Auri, explaining that timing was critical because I was seeing my cousin on the 26th and that this workaround was necessary only because shipping to Canada hadn’t worked!
On December 26 at 2:37 PM, I received a message from someone at Auri saying “Good news, your package has arrived.”
The problem: my cousin had already left her house at 10:00 AM to meet me. There was no one at the house to receive or sign for anything.
When I replied immediately to explain this, another representative (Lou) told me that the package had been “delivered and signed for.” This made no sense, as no one was physically present at the house, and my cousin had not authorized anyone to receive or sign for a package.
To double-check, we contacted neighbors. Due to the holidays, most were away. One neighbor who lives about a mile away checked the property early the next morning (around 5:30 AM on December 27).
The result: the package was no longer there!
So to recap:
-Package allegedly delivered on Dec 26 at 2:37 PM
-No authorized recipient present
-No confirmed signature from anyone we know
-Package missing less than 24 hours later
-No proof provided of who actually signed for it
Since December 26, I have sent multiple messages to Auri explaining the situation, providing context, and asking what the next steps are. Since then, I have received no response at all. Complete silence!!
At this point, I am out over $1,000 CAD and have no product to show for it. I’ve informed them that if this remains unresolved, I will have no choice but to open a dispute with my bank, as I cannot reasonably be expected to pay for products that were never received.
It’s extremely disappointing because the company was communicative and professional at the beginning — but the lack of follow-up, accountability, or solution once something went wrong is unacceptable, especially for an order of this value.
I'm hoping Auri addresses this situation properly, but until then, I cannot recommend purchasing from them if you are outside the U.S. or relying on time-sensitive delivery or even taking responsibility for glitches.

This was definitely a game changer for me. I am focused and can tackle any task without getting distracted or worn out. Gives me energy without the shakes or the crash.
I got my product quickly and have been taking the gummies for about two weeks. The taste great and are easy to chew. I have noticed a kinder disposition in myself.
