Down 8lbs in 3 weeks!
The customer service was amazing. Meds arrived on time and cold. I got my order in late June and I am now down 8lbs. Thank you Cora!
My refrigerated medication was lost by UPS and was delivered warm to the touch. Paul in Customer Service insisted it was safe even though I was told by another provider (before starting with Cora) that the compounded medications are NOT effective once they warm up and are re-chilled. I requested documentation of the safety and efficacy of the medication and was promised they would send it. It has now been 10 days with multiple follow ups and nothing has been received.
I have asked for either the documentation or a refund and to cancel my service with them moving forward. They have not responded so I’m out hundreds of dollars, did not receive safe/effective medication and I may be charged again as they have not confirmed the cancellation of my service.
I currently cannot recommend Cora. I am so disappointed and am out quite a bit of money.

This patient's subscription was cancelled as requested, a full refund was issued, and the official temperature stability documentation from our licensed compounding pharmacy was provided. We understand the wait for that documentation was longer than anyone would have liked, and we sincerely apologize for that delay.
The temperature guidance our team shared is backed by our pharmacy's own documentation, which confirms that GLP-1 medications remain stable well within the conditions experienced during transit. We understand this differed from advice she had received elsewhere, and we were happy to provide the formal documentation to address that concern directly.

Great experience with Cora
I’ve had a great experience with Cora so far. One thing that stood out to me was how upfront they are about pricing, everything is clearly laid out, so there aren’t any surprise fees or unexpected costs along the way.
The process was simple to get started, and whenever I had questions, the team was quick to help. I also appreciated that they’re transparent about the pharmacies they work with, which gave me added confidence throughout the experience.

Was nervous starting semaglutide for my weight loss, but Cora definitely made me feel a lot better about it. Whenever I had a question, Cora’s customer service was quick to answer. I’m a few weeks in and the medication is working exactly as the doctor’s explained online. Very happy to have started my journey with Cora.
Cora sells a great product with extremely good customer service. There amazing product made me loose weight after just a week of using it. Also, there customer service was so helpful.
