Easy, Honest, and Safe - Great Product and Customer Service
Cora has been such a great experience. Not all online weightloss sites are the same, nor are their products. After a lot of reading I was nervous about getting products from an online provider, but Cora uses the best pharmacy, and the product 100% is the real deal and works very well. It is extremely easy to make changes and the customer service is kind, quick, and very helpful. I was amazed at how easy the process has been! I definitely will not go anywhere else and have shared with all of my friends that Cora is the place to go!

A great experience after using a different service
I had a previous bad experience with a different company which brought me to Cora. I cannot say enough good things about Cora! The customer service is wonderful and got back to me in a very timely fashion and answered all my questions. This was very different from the previous company I had dealt with. Their prices are fair and transparent, another big difference for me! They seem truly genuine in wanting to help. The medication came quickly and was packaged well. I have been on my medication for 3 months and have lost 30ibs. Now I will say that I am a previous gastric sleeve patient so that plays a part in how fast I am losing. I never understood what “food noise” was until it wasn’t there! It is amazing to not constantly be thinking about when and what I’m going to eat, or feel like I “need” more of something because it just tastes so good. Cora also has a fantastic portal where you can log and keep track of all sorts of things; I was very impressed. All in all this has been a great experience and I am sooooo glad that I found Cora!!
Quick intake and medical review. Was able to stay at current dose when switching from a different source. Better pricing than elsewhere. Responsive customer service. The chat feature is nice and the tracking app is easy to use for weight lost and shot reminders.
I tried Cora after not being able to lose a single pound. I am almost in menopause and have been counting calories with a scale, exercising daily, and stuck without being able to lose weight. I was scared to try a GLP, especially with all the negative content out there. But I got the smallest dose of semaglutide and stayed on that for only 7 weeks and lost 14 pounds. My appetite is back now after being off of it for a few weeks, but it's not huge like it used to be. It is finally just normal, so I have been able to maintain this weight loss. It might be pricey, but you will save that money on food. Thank you, Cora.
I’ve had a great experience with Cora! The customer service is great and the doctor was helpful too. Shipping was quick and easy. I switched to Cora from a different company and I’ve had great results. When I switched to Cora I was 140lbs that was June 11th, today August 2nd I am 129lbs. I use their Tirzepatide.

Avoid Cora
My medication was lost in transit and when it finally arrived, it was hot to the touch. Their customer service rep Paul kept assuring me it was safe and that this NEVER happens, although now looking at other reviews, it seems this is not a one time occurrence for this company. The website/app that you’re supposed to use to track your medication‘s is glitchy and no one ever checks in to see how things are going or ask why I haven’t logged any of my injections in the system. I was on a different subscription service before and I will probably switch back because the effectiveness/potency of these meds is noticeably different (probably from the heat) and after over a month with Cora, I have noticed the same dosage doesn’t seem to be making any impact. Do not recommend.
Cora, while it does not have all the support services of some GLP1 providers, is significantly less expensive and provides your prescription dependably. I use the 6 month plan which sends my prescription out every 3 months. It is easy and effective. I just received my 2nd 3 month delivery in plenty of time. They do have a website where you can record your progress. The only time I had a question someone got back to me immediately. I am pleased with this company.

Great experience from the moment I started with Cora. Getting started on a semiglutide plan was simple and fast. I switched from another company to Cora and they made it seamless and matched my dose. I also really like the “delay shipment” option, sometimes I inject every 10 days so I now have the option to delay shipments of meds so I don’t get to many sitting in my fridge like I did with the last company. Great so Far
I have lost 45 lbs on Tirzepitide since 11/2026! My former company, with no warning, cancelled my account as they decided not to serve those 75 or older. I searched for another provider and found Cora two months ago. Unlike other plans I explored, they immediately enrolled me and I got my next doses in a few days. For me, the 6 month plan works and is 1/3 cheaper than what I was paying. I am now at my weight goal and maintaining it. I feel better, have more energy and have had no side effects other than a little constipation at the start. For me Cora is great, they have support services but don't flood my inbox with messages. The plan is clear and consistant. I only had one question and they responded quickly. I would recommend them.
Tirzepatide with B12 is what I was on and used for almost little over 2 months, it gave me so much energy and made me feel amazing but my weight was not dropping. You absolutely need to be dedicated to 45 mins working out and eating clean to really take advantage of results. If I was moving to Germany, I’d probably continue!
