Does what it says! bought for my husband who has recently had a hair transplant, whilst the hair is growing well, this product really enhances the new look. Easy to apply even he can do it! Found that dabbing it on was more effective than rubbing to reach the scalp.

Scam company. Ripped off my content for their ads and have ignored all communication from me about it. If they operate like this then just think how poor their products and customer service is. Shocking company. Don’t buy.

Using on my blonde hair, found to work very well. The only hair density filler that has worked for me, must use on hair with no products in. Coverage stays on even after a night's sleep and gentle wetting in the morning to style. Natural looking.

not waterproof as claimed. I bought this product cause it was written it is waterproof but it is not at all. the customer service doesnt allow refund for this.
No complaints with the company, just not impressed with the product. I had high hopes for this product after watching numerous videos and I was sick of using toppik hair fibres. For mild hair loss where you are just filling in small gaps like a small crown patch this product is fantastic but for anything bigger it just looks false, it's slightly greasy and looks like you've dyed your scalp. Some people mentioned using this first then adding fibres on top, I have tried and it looks terrible, the grease absorbs the fibres and they end up look like a matted mess.
Misleading advertisement It’s not hair density filler, it’s only a coloring agent which cannot add volume to the hair loss. One can use black mascara pencil instead. Video of the ad is not the actual product. I was very excited to receive the product but I regret ordering this. sponge is provided to color. I have been using Nanogen which is the best. How can I get a refund. It’s very disappointing. To the seller please be genuine in selling, don’t rip off public for heaven’s. You can market some good product rather this FAKE MISLEADING PRODUCT.

Hairo is a really good product for covering or conceling thin spots.
It's a glorified eyeshadow, Hair fibres are so much better. its just a bit of makeup like pain that's all.
I have a thinning hair crown and starting to thin In the centre, it’s not as easy to put on as shown in videos, but Iv now been using it for 5 days and it definitely covers up the thinning areas, and with more use I think il be better and adding to my hair

Very poor - the item didn't arrive until 2 weeks after I ordered it. It was much smaller than anticipated, and the colour was totally wrong so it's unusable. Contacted twice via email with no response whatsoever. Appalling.
7 weeks since I placed order and no product. Unable to make contact with courier but Hairo customer care refused help. Usually takes a day + to receive a response from their help team, told me it was not their responsibility to speak with courier when I explained the courier contact details did not work. Refused to provide me a refund until I advised I had started a charge back with my credit card. PLEASE proceed with caution if ordering this product. I am still waiting to see refund, and obviously received nothing.
Takes 2 weeks to arrive, and they send the wrong colour.
