This product isn't worth the price. It looks noticeably fake, makes your scalp appear dirty when you use it, isn't actually waterproof, and the company doesn't stand behind it. Customer service wouldn't issue a refund because the product had been used once — but it's unclear how you're supposed to know whether it works without using it. That policy doesn't make sense.
I had a small issue with the courier service which was my fault and when I contacted HAIRO help service, they gave me the best customer service and rectified the issue immediately and now I’m a very satisfied customer. Thank you HAIRO. I’ll be back for more for sure.
After trying the product it was apparent that it does not work properly or stay on for a length of time. It actually does the opposite of what it says it does regarding getting wet etc... At this point I thought it’s cool I will take the hit. After a couple of weeks I receive an email stating I am now subscribed to the product which I did not know about. The company sent me another hair filler although I asked for it not to be sent. I am now in the process of returning it and I have now been asked to send them an email to confirm the applicator has not been used. What a joke of a company I haven’t even opened the packaging! I have had to open the box and send them images of non usage. I am not one for reviews however this needed to be the exception. Stay away is the best way.
Customer service at it’s worst! Since using hairo, I developed folliculitis on my scalp and immediately stopped using. I proceeded to cancel my subscription but for some reasons it was unsuccessful. 2nd order was generated and after receiving a notification, I have communicated to their customer service to cancel the 2nd order and explained the adverse reaction and advice of my GP to not use the products again. I received info that it was too late to cancel but instead,once the items are received I will be guided to the process of return for a refund. I agreed and waited for the products. Weeks passed and upon receipt of the items, very slow responses from Hairo were received delaying the whole process. What was agreed of returning the items for a refund were set aside instead of following through it. Their customer service gave me other options like keeping the items for a 50 percent refund which is irrelevant since it was agreed already to return the products once received. They were beating around the bush. Over a week since receiving the products it was stil not sent back because of hairo’s slow responses and irrelevant options other than returning. I have endeavor to be clear from the bery start, but the delay on their part is excruciating from a customer’s point of view. Finally a return address was provided, but no company name or a person’s name was given for that address. upon research hairo as a company name does not exist on the said address. On the other hand there are other unrelated establishments residing on the address provided. Upon writing this review I am still awaiting for a complete resolution to this issue from Hairo. I strongly believe that true success of a company that sells products should befelt through it’s customer service. The delay, distraction and irrelvant insinuations other than giving the righful refund on a reasonable time frame define the efficiency of their customer service. Ps. Apart from developing folliculitis, be aware that hairo bleeds once you sweat or gets wet. It has a very thick greasy finsih on the scalp and It is not transfer free, can stain your clothes if you sweat and has a strong odd scent.
I ordered from Hairo and was extremely disappointed. The product does not deliver on its promises — it rubs off easily with just your hands, and water or sweat causes it to run. It also fails to blend naturally, leaving an obvious finish. On top of that, the pricing is outrageous. The can looks decent, but the button is sunk in, meaning you get far less product than expected. For the same cost, you can find better quality and quantity from other brands on Amazon. Customer service was equally frustrating. When you place an order, they automatically enroll you in a subscription service without proper notice. Unlike other companies that send reminders, Hairo simply sends a notification that your product has shipped — no confirmation, no chance to cancel. When I emailed them the day I received the notification asking not to send the reorder, they didn’t respond until after shipping it out. The representative then told me I would have to pay to return the package, even though it was completely unopened. This delay felt intentional and unfair. Long story short: Hairo sells an overpriced, low‑quality product with deceptive practices and poor customer service. Save your money and buy from other brands that actually deliver on quality and treat customers with respect.
I was very apprehensive about purchasing this product, but wow it really does work! My confidence about my hair has really come back as it has really fixed my thinning crown area.

Very good product, great coverage. I ordered wrong colour so it was replaced to the correct colour that I needed at no extra charge. Fantastic company and staff thankyou, I feel much more confident and will buy again without question 👍
Great product and does exactly as advertised! realy realy good for adding density to thin areas, much better then any hair fibres ive used. very satisfied customer and will continue to use. Just a tip for new users, in my opinion it definatley holds and looks better when applying a lock in spray/hairspray aswell on top.

Awful, took an age to receive, didn't realise this is shipped from overseas. Overpriced for what it is and does not adhere or go on as advertised on website. Have purchased similar items at a fraction of the price that works better! Only positive is the additional applicator that come with to use on hairline and specific frontal areas . Avoid
I have tried many different product, but this is the best and most easy to use in my opinion and now I can’t live without it. Highly recommended!!!
I accidentally ordered the wrong shade, but the customer service team made it right quickly and went above and beyond to help me. The product itself works great. A family member even asked, "What did you do to get your hair so dark? Did you grow it out?" It actually makes my hair look fuller and blends in so naturally. I'm very happy with both the product and the excellent customer service! 😀

Cool and helpful product, fast and easy to apply. It would be 5 stars if the product actually was waterproof and stays on until you wash it out with shampoo. The ads kinda say it is, but it isn't. So you can't wear it in pools or outside on rainy days.
Went ahead and ordered a jar for the first time (single jar) to see how it matched. I seen an advert online saying to use a FATHERSDAY code and receive a free applicator and a free bottle of hair growth shampoo. The shampoo never arrived and despite my order saying two free gifts customer care said the bottle of shampoo is not applicable to my order only the applicator. I read poor reviews before applying, I guess they were correct.
Wonderful product with great customer service
Hairo has made a big difference. My hair was thin but looks like a full head of hair, given me some of my confidence back, it’s easy to you, not messy like the other hair fibres I’ve used in the past.
Personally found the product to be nothing like what was advertised and even after trying different applicants into different types of hair and hair length, it was just rubbish. Fine, I paid my money and lost out. However then they stuck me on a subscription which I did not consent to and genuinely make it impossible to cancel, all whilst refusing to refund you. Absolutely disgusting.
