They worked for me to improve my sleep & feel more energetic than before. I am less anxious than before too! Cravings are still the same.

As a post menopausal woman, I have tried nearly every way to fall asleep and stay asleep for a very long time. My nervous system for various reasons was on constant high alert. This supplement has improved my sleep quality enormously. It took maybe one bottle to fully catch on but it has certainly made a big difference with my sleep quality. High recommended.

I ordered the CORTI-HELP STRESS & CORTISOL RELIEF. And while I haven’t woken up and discovered I have miraculously lost 30 kilos I am sleeping so much better. This has improved my sleep quality, instead of waking 3 or 4 times a night to pee and struggle to get back to sleep, I might wake only once and return to sleep easily.

Circadian rhythm was disappointing…
I really like Corti-Help, and I have always had a great customer service until I tried circadian rhythms. I didn’t get on with this at all. My sleep became worse than before. I initially received a replay, saying that I should keep them posted of my progress. I sent another couple of email after this and I received no further replies. I asked if this has happened to other people too. I never purchased them again, as very disappointing. Will continue getting Corti-help.

This stuff absolutely does what it is supposed to. The first change I noticed was improved sleep which I really needed. Then I felt more calm. And here's the cherry on top, I have lost centimetres from my waist! You will need to take it for at least 2 months to really start getting the benefits. Highly recommend.

Compared to most products for menopause symptoms, corti-help is working for me. It actually works, diminishing hot flushes at night and helps with sleep. It's all natural with no soy or other nasties. Easy to order & great product.

I have tried many other products and yours is the best for me with finally good results. First and most important for me is my sleep is 100 % better a week into taking my first bottle. With a good nights sleep then my whole day is much better with energy and a positive outlook on the day. I will keep taking this product..
