Fraudulent Subscribe Practices
They are expensive and I found another sleep patch that worked just as well for me from Lunavelle. The problem came when I sent an email to cancel. They continued my subscription. I sent another email and they said I had to cancel through the App. You can’t cancel through the App it just tells you what you have to include in the email. I canceled again and this time I included that I wanted a verification email from them that I was indeed canceled. I received the verification email on July 4. July 30 my PayPal account was charged again. I contacted PayPal and told them I not only canceled but I had the verification email to prove it. PayPal canceled the subscription but not the charge. They have a Buyer Protection Plan I have to go through. They temporarily refunded my money until the investigation is over. Save your documentation, you will need it, and there is still no guarantee you will get your money back.

Why am I getting more so soon?
I ordered 6 packets to last 6 months on July 3. I did not know I signed up for a subscription which I might not have been unhappy with if it happened 5 months from now not today!
