I contacted the company well before they actually shipped, but they waited until it shipped to respond. Oh, we’re sorry, it already shipped. They declined to refund. These patches did not work for me, but I wanted to give it a full month, just in case. They finally issued a partial refund and told me to keep the second shipment.
