The customer service was great. I had to return this product. The GLP-l was not for me. But in the meantime I was sent a second months supply which I didn't sign up for. When going to their website I tried the customer service email and I was answered within 24 hrs. They took care of the problem and refunded my money immediately.

I'm still on my 1st month about half…

I'm still on my 1st month about half way through, and although I have only lost about 3 pounds; I have already lost enough inches to put me in a smaller bra size. I am hoping for more pounds as well. The people seem really nice in cs and proud of their products. Fingers crossed!

Trust what someone is trying to say to you!

I've watched so many videos telling me in the beginning of the video that "it's just a minutes of my time to watch the video" in fact it's 20 to 30 minute video. When I get to the end of the video and see the cost of the product, I know something is wrong. It's always the same speech just a different product that cost twice as much as the last one. This time I did my homework before hand and the video wasn't even a quarter of the time as all of the others. I've already done two different injection GLP-1 and an oral one, none of them worked at all. I received a message from God today saying things were going to change and it would work out for me this time. I trust what his message is saying!
