Shedding hair and definitely thin hair not like the picture

Another scam Chinese Wig company. Lies about reviews, lies about returns. I am contacting the payment platforms like AfterPay, PayPal to urge them to stop doing business with this company. I have filed a complaint with the Chinese Embassy and Henen Public Security Bureau and I encourage everyone to do the same. They need to be shutdown.

If you are unhappy with the wig, we support return and refund. Please send the package back to the return address I sent you by email. We will process your refund immediately after we receive and inspect the item.

Ordered and never received, been trying to communicate with them about this and they so adamant about resolving this issue. Customer service is so horrible, will never advise anyone to buy from them. This my very first time buying a wig and not receiving it, my money gone and no one taking responsibility. Very poor shipping and delivery service, they shld learn to protect people money, its not easy to come by..
