Advertised in membership ads and FAQs that the created logo is '100% yours', but when I contacted a support officer to request the logo's deletion from their website, citing the ownership assurances, I was informed that they cannot delete it due to their internal policy of reusing designs. Subsequent emails sent to the officer regarding this matter have been ignored, demonstrating a severe lack of professional communication. This practice of reusing custom-made logos directly contradicts their public commitment to customers regarding intellectual property rights.
Hello Abdulaziz M Ahmad! Yes, after purchasing, you receive the copyright to the logo, which means you can use it for any purpose, including commercial ones. All icons and fonts on our website are permitted for commercial use. We use a large icon database, and each icon has an author who sells the rights to use it. We purchased the rights to use the entire database. Other users can also purchase database usage. However, the ability to completely replicate your name, slogan, colors, and icon is minimal. If you have any questions, we'll be happy to answer them in more detail at [email protected]. Best regards, Turbologo
