Tailor Brands is a terrible company for entrepneurs
Tailor Brands is a terrible company for the value and has an even worse customer service experience. I have attempted to cancel my service with Tailor Brands for over a year now and when I was informed last year that all services were canceled as my business was dissolved, I took their information at face value. Now after a year of never using their service I received a charge to my bank account for ~$600 for multiple services from Tailor Brands in which were never authorized. I am not sure why they would even still maintain a customer's payment information if they have canceled their service. In addition, I have contacted their customer service multiple times to request information on what the charges were for given that I no longer receive any services from Tailor Brands as I no longer have the original business. Tailor Brands customer service has not provided a response to my initial request for refund and has instead offered me a discount on services for an entity that no longer exists. Their business model and service seem extremely predatory in nature. I do not recommend.
Jaiso is absolutely incredible I'm sick right now she made the process so easy n quick & even gave me some positive reinforcement that really made me feel better she's sunshine & tailor brands is lucky to have her - & Lauren too! I spoke with Lauren yesterday but the phone died, Lauren was so incredibly patient & helpful

Several hidden fees after you have already made the purchase. They do not inform you upfront of all the services you need. I completely regret registering via Tailor Brands for my LLC.
