Last days facing "Call failed" each time I am planning to use Viber Out. I can not make calls with the app, though I payed for monthly WorldWide Subscripsion plan.

Terrible company and just they are crafty and fraudulent
As the TrustPilot I need to trust you as a student working on Iran history for my dissertation who bought a VPN with their promising to provide me with Irans' servers. They promised me to keep the servers for me at any time and they said if there is not going to have any servers available, the would return the fees I have paid. Now that there is no Iran servers on their servers list, they are refusing to return my money in order to buy from other providers. The server has not been working from the second day of purchasing and after following up this issue for a couple of chats with their team through online chat, they totally removed Iran servers from their lists. I am a student and I do not have money to buy any other services from other providers. Please give me a hand. Now I am helpless and need a hand to get my money back. I hope my sound to be heard. Stay away from this provider! I want to share very bad experience I had and have with TurboVPN. I bought 12 month subscription in July 2022 ( user ID 760460065) and first few month service worked ok. Then the frequency of service failure began growing until full collapse. I open my account one morning and found red banner at the top of the window shown status as " EXPOSED" and every time when I was trying to connect to UK server TurboVPN shown fake UK IP address and every time new and for different countries across Europe and Middle East (ip checkers conformed ). I used "Live chat" option and I reached out assistant who functioned more as a "social chat agent" rather then technical support and he said he escalated a case and somebody will contact me. Then 2 days after I received alike bot generated email asking me to make stupid moves like " check your internet speed", and etc. which is not related to the issue. Guys, I am professional software developer and there is nothing wrong with my working environment! After 3 weeks waiting for help or solution I suddenly received this evening generated email saying : " We are sorry to hear that you decided to leave and interrupted your annual subscription". I did not do it ! Stay away from this provider!! Dreadful customer care, money and time waste. I successfully connected today to the Express VPN. IT IS WORKING FINE! Full set up took max 10 min
