Still keeping money after cancellation
I haven't used the app a lot so I cannot say anything about the app itself, just about the payment. About 6 months ago I cancelled my subscription but I didn't know they kept taking money from my account ever since so I thought I did something wrong so I cancelled again while checking everything I did. And for some reason they took my money AGAIN!! I cancelled again and emailed them but no response. Honestly, I don't know what to do anymore since the cancellation doesn't work, they don't respond to emails but KEEP taking money from me
