Vance went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue I made in error. He not only answered my questions and helped me restore what I messed up, he went above and beyond and restored the thing that would have been a big headache for me to restore manually. I am consistently impressed with Turno's customer service. They have have reps who (at least seam to be) native English speakers which cuts down on the needless back and forth of speaking to someone who speaks English as a second language.
