Yesterday I went to this zoo with my special-needs brother. the person who sold us the tickets was very helpful. my brother got this keycord that shows he needs a little help. he invited me to come to him if I needed anything during the day. the zoo is really hugemvI couldn't find my way easily, so we didn't get to see it all, but we had a marvelous time! I decided to take the safaribus so we could at least see more and we did!! the bus driver was very nice and he knew all kinds of things to tell about all the animals we sawm And he also took his time to show and tell us everything he knows. even though we were the only passengers on the safaribus We were thrilled. afterwards we ate some snacks and ice cream. here also the staff was very kind and helpful. we saw some more animals and the dinosaurs. my brother was overwhelmed and so was Im We stayed up to closing time and then

Lovely crew!! Andreas was extremely helpfull
Yesterday I went to this zoo with my special-needs brother. The guy who sold us the tickets was very helpful. My brother got this keycord that shows he needs a little help. He invited me to come to him if I needed anything during the day. The zoo is realy huge. Ik coudn't find my way easily, so we didn't get to see it all, but we had a marvelous time! I decided to take the safaribus so we could at least see more and we did!! The busdriver was very nice and he knew all kinds of things to tell about all the animals we saw. And he also took his time to show and tell us everything he knows. Eventhough we were the only passengers on the safaribus.
We were thrilled. Afterwards we ate some snacks and icecream. Here also the staf was very kind and helpful.
We saw some more animals and the dinosaurs. My brother was overwelmed and so was I.
We stayed up to closing time and then we went to the ticket counter to ask which bus we best take to get back to our hotel.
Andreas, he was called,helped us like he said he would and searched for the best connection, only to find no busses were driving in that direction anymore. So he called a taxi for us. We had to wait for 15 minutes. But later on, when Andreas finnished his workday and was heading home, he saw we were still waiting. ( For over 30 minutes now)He came to us and called again to the taxi firm to make sure we'd get back to our hotel.
So nice! He realy went above and bevond every expectation I had.
It realy made my Day! He took away all the stress it might have given me, were he not there to assist me.
This zoo realy has a helpful and understanding crew! I am very grateful for a beautyful and succesfull day!
Too bad, there are no bus connections to this great zoo!!
I recomment to hire a car!!

Great day at GIVSKUD ZOO
Great day at GIVSKUD ZOO – ZOOTOPIA. The drive safari was one of the highlights and the animals friendly and appeared well cared for. Parts of it were little crowded at times, but overall it really is a one of a kind experience that your kids will love.

Lots to experience. Enough for two days. My 5 and 7 yr olds were overly excited about the dinosaurs.
