The product is precision made and works great with the app. The extended range is a plus. Its easy to monitor your temps and cooking progress. I'd buy again

Ordering was easy

Ordering was easy. Shipping was free. Order came fast. Product was ready to use minus cleaning. Im noticing a 5-10 degree variance in my probes, but I haven’t done enough testing to see if it’s my smoker having a hot spot or the probes themselves. Overall, I couldn’t be happier. Well worth the money.

Excellent product and customer service

The Sync Oven I ordered was damaged during shipping and had to be replaced. I couldn't have been more impressed with Typhur's customer service. They made the replacement process incredibly easy and hassle-free. When I called, my calls were answered on the first or second ring by representatives based in the United States. When I emailed, I received a response the very same day. It's refreshing to find a company that provides such prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly support. As for the oven itself, I like it so much that I purchased a second one as a gift for a family member. Both the product and the customer service have exceeded my expectations.

Great Improvement

It has the feel of a solid made product. I like how I can go from a smoker to sear without removing temp probe. I can also see my temps on my Apple Watch. The insta- read is very nice. A much improvement over my old one. Love the lock screen.

Lots of room

Lots of room! Top and bottom elements a plus. The selection of cooking modes a plus. I never scrub the basket but am starting to see some grease building up despite using oven cleaning mode. It is minor. I truly enjoy my purchase! I also purchased the Typhur 2 Thermometer. I synced it to my Typhur Dome 2 but i haven’t used it yet.

The oven is easy to operate

The oven is easy to operate, size is great, and it cooks quickly and accurately. The packaging for shipping was very sturdy and the oven arrived undamaged.

Thinner cuts of meat for probe

First “higher end” one that is wireless. I didn’t use the app and wanted to not have to use an app. I wanted to know the temp of a steak about 3/4 “ thick steak. Trying to poke the 3” probe horizontally through an uncooked 3/4” steak almost was ridiculous to thread through. I’m not sure if other probes need to have that much of an area to test but something to note. Skewering the steak to probe was different. I don’t know the quality or accuracy of it bc I don’t know if maybe the probe touched the grill or etc. It is easy to clean. Not sure if I can return as I’m ordering from Canada.

Unparalleled Customer Support and Quality

I’ve had one issue with a Typhur product that was entirely my own fault. After talking with customer support, they sent a replacement probe at no expense (I only inquired about purchasing a single probe so this was not expected). This act let me know everything I needed to know about the company. Since this kind jester, we’ve purchased two more products (Sync Gold Dual and Typhur Dome 2 Air Fryer). Both products have been amazing. The Dome 2 has been particularly impressive. From homemade onion rings to frozen chicken nuggets, everything has been great (and getting better with experience with it). There’s not many companies that I shop exclusively but when it comes to products Typhur makes, my purchase will have their name on it.

Most useful kitchen appliance ever!

For four months now, I use the Typhur smart air fryer with attached thermometer daily. My gas oven has become extra space to store cookware. From simple reheats to air fryer marinade fish to baked cookies, this is my most used kitchen appliance ever. Easy to clean too! I never owned a microwave, though this offers the same compact convenience and food that tastes amazing. My turning point for this purchase occurred in a grocery store line conversation by someone who said the air fryer is “life changing” along with the sharing of a s’mores recipe. Overall, my utilities bill has noticeably lowered since I went air fryer. Do it! You will be delighted.

Worked as designed

I have used it three times, a long smoke brisket, a rotisserie chicken and searing steak. The Typhur temperature probes have worked great so far.
