What people say

Not as advertised, sorry

The time to get to me was not great, then the blade doesn't stay in place when "deployed", and on some labels the white-out doesn't work. Sorry not really happy. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME AND SAY YOU WANT TO MAKE IT RIGHT....I DON'T CARE I WANT NOTHING FROM YOU! Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me.

A scam Site trying to make a quick buck before being caught out.

This is a Chinese company attempting to pass-off as a domestic company by putting its shop address in the country it is advertising. However, postage label was from China. The pricing did not indicate that it was in USD until after the transaction was completed. As the Seller was trying to make it look like it was selling domestically there was no reason to think it would not be in the local currency. Additional taxes were added after the order was completed increasing the price by 50%. The parcel took more than 4 weeks to arrive. The item arrived in substandard packaging, it was cracked and of very low quality (very cheap finish and low quality plastic). I sent them an email to request a refund but their response was just lip service (I was surprised they responded in the first place). The Site is clearly not targeting a repeat customer base - its essentially a scam site that will eventually close and then open up as something else.
