Zero star if there was an option. It has been one month tracking is displaying they have received parcel & it's being transferred to Melbourne sorting centre. Written several emails. Not one reply. Worst service ever! Parcel still has not been delivered.
Simply the worst
This company has had my parcel for 24 days. It arrived at a Sydney sorting centre two weeks ago and has been en route to a 'destination sorting cente' for over a week. I am in Sydney so this is ridiculous. This company is so slow and all the reviews seem to indicate that it is one of the worst in Australia. Other parcels sent by the same vendor by other, more reputable and far more reliable courier companies take 7days from customs handover to delivery. U Del is causing reputational damage to vendors through its shonky practices and ridiculously slow deliver processes. I will definitely recommend to the vendor that they sever all contact with this dodgy company and seek to align themselves with companies that are more reliable to ensure customer satisfaction. If it was possible to give zero stars I would.
Takes forever for them to deliver
If I could give less than 1 star I would. I’ve been waiting more than 55 days for 1 item and more than 20 days for another. If Temu use this company in future orders, I will cancel the order. Temu need to get rid of this company

Absolutely disgusting, should have phone number in Australia. Been sitting at there warehouse house for 21 days, and still no delivery. I will stop using Temu if they ever delivery my things through this company again.

I ordered a christmas present from temu (never had issues with temu) 8 weeks ago. Constant delays and no updates on tracking. I've sent approx 15 emails and one has been responded to, basically saying it's a busy time. It's now 5 days before Christmas and I doubt it will arrive. I furious and heart broken. Temu need to stop using udel.

SCAM ALERT 🚨 UDEL COURIERS A ZERO RATING What a scam. I ordered seat covers for my fiancé for his new vehicle. Cost me $190Aud start of October 2025. Updates saying arrived at customs, checked by customs and handed over to UDEL COURIER. BS.. I have complained to TEMU full refund was issued and very apologetic. Temu need to get rid of this courier UDEL they are scammers. Taking peoples orders. This company needs to be reported to the Australian ombudsman.. With everyone’s bad experience with this courier company they need to do a full review and charge them. Shut them DOWN. I will NEVER EVER purchase anything from Temu or other Cheap Thrill Companies ever again. I’m so PEEEED OFF.. I FEEL LIKE RINGING UDEL’S NECK. FAKE TELEPHONE NUMBER AND NO REPLY TO EMAILS. IF you purchase anything again online. Make SURE it’s ONLY from Australia Post, better chance of receiving your package.
Van parked me in for 24+ hours.
Not about my experience but the delivery guy with the UDEL van has decided to park me in for the last 24 hours as he couldn't manage to park within his lines and has blocked me in with his wheels. The van is damaged so looks like he honestly doesn't care.

Beware scam 2 seafreight orders with Temu sent UDEL, Both same experience as other reviewers in AU. Temu have credited both orders in full but for consumers who don’t choose this questionable entity called UDEL,Temu need to act to protect buyers.

My order has been missing 2 times. I ordered from temu they resent it 2 times been waiting over 3 months. This courier company doesn’t exist! They are a scam fraud that steals all orders!!!!! Contact number and email doesn’t work no one responds

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been waiting two months for an order delivery it has currently been sitting pending sorting for 6 days. Do not use this company. I doubt my order will arrive.
Udel total scam..8 parcels not 1 received
Udel total scam.. I purchased 8 yes 8 bulky items from temu. All items sent individually so 8 deliveries. Not 1 has been received No replies to emails fake phone number. Ordered 5th Oct and sporadically receive random updates through 17 track indicating the same status update?? 0 stars if l could. UPDATE Still NOT RECEIVED ITEMS as of the 20th dec. But did reorder items 4 luggage sets and 2 desks. Postage air mail and courier Aus Post Received all items within 8 days. Well done Aust Post. UDEL TOTAL SCAMMERS.
This delivery company appears to be a scam
Beware! This delivery company appears to be a scam. I have been waiting for almost 2 months for my order from Temu. U-del updates do not give an expected delivery date and have only very rudimentary information, the website is extremely amateur and unprofessional, they don't reply to emails and the phone number doesn’t answer. Apparently, my package cleared customs over 2 weeks ago and has been in transit to sorting centre ever since. After looking at other reviews of customers' experience, I believe this company is a fraud. Where has all the missing merchandise gone to?

U-del are a disgraceful company with zero scruples. They do not care one little bit about their customers. I am totally disgusted with U-del.
Worst courier company I’ve ever seen
Worst courier company I’ve ever come across - massively delayed updates, a website that doesn’t work, email that doesn’t get replied to, phone number that doesn’t get answered. Only redeeming factor is they take so long to deliver I can get my money back from a Temu purchase due to their 55 day delivery guarantee, (as u-Del still hasn’t delivered within that time) and eventually a month later I do get the package thrown over my front gate. Provided I don’t buy anything valuable, I get it for free.

I have ordered few parcels from online portal and they have used u-del as delivery provider and to my surprise all four packages have not reached to me and their tracking status doesn’t update for weeks . Two or my packages are showing out for delivery for almost 4 days and I still no idea where are they. The other two waiting to be picked after customs… ridiculous service . They don’t respond to emails and phone number doesn’t connect .

Ordered a package online which was shipped by sea, have waited 2.5 months for it to arrive and they claim my address was not enough. They have taken my package and are now ignoring me and there’s no way of getting in contact other than the contact number which doesn’t ring, or the email that they will ignore you on.
They stole my package!
I had something shipped from overseas to a valid Australian address. The last update from 2 weeks ago was cannot deliver due to invalid address. There’s no way to contact them the phone number doesn’t connect and they don’t reply to emails. They’ve stolen my package! It’s a scam DON’T use them!
