I ordered an embroidered shirt. As many of the shirts on offer were printed, I checked that what I ordered was genuinely embroidered. The AI-generated image was uindeniably embroidered, thick generous embroider. What came is a thin, bland printed shirt. It's going straight to the charity shop!

Complete con job. They show you something else and ship nonsense products. When you complain about returns and refunds you have to do so by email and they give you some nonsense that their "review process is relatively long and cumbersome" and apply delay tactics. It is a China website masquerading as some European or American website. Avoid it all costs.
