I heard about UGC and it sounded really cool, but I knew I couldn't learn it well without a plan. That was the appeal of the Academy. I think the resources are in the plan now, but when I started it wasn't entirely clear how long I should take on each stage. As a result the beginning stages took me much longer than I expected. I still finished the program with great skills, but I am doing the initial pitches on my own which is somewhat intimidating. The community is great and I'm confident I can continue to learn and grow.
I joined UGCMA because I needed the accountability to keep me focused! I knew if I didn’t grab the Pro program with a 1-on-1 coach I would be spinning my wheels and probably still be stuck on task 1. I’ve learned so much from my coaches Jess & Melissa and feel confident in my UGC skills. I’ve already been able to land gifted & paid deals thanks to the program. Also the weekly calls, course trainings, community, and support is unmatched! UGCMA is an investment so if you aren’t ready to commit, this program isn’t for you. But if you’re ready to dive in & focus for 90 days- you’ll be so glad you did!

Joining UGC Mastery Academy completely changed the trajectory of my career. When I first joined, I was brand new to UGC. I had no idea how to script, film, edit, pitch brands, or build a business. The program didn't just teach me how to create content, it taught me how to think like a business owner. What stood out most was the level of support. This isn't a course you buy and never hear from again. The coaching, accountability, community, and feedback are what make the difference. Every assignment built on the last, and every question I had was answered with actionable guidance. Within months, I was landing paid brand deals, building a portfolio I was proud of, and replacing the uncertainty I felt with real confidence. Today, I've worked with hundreds of brands, built a thriving UGC business, and now have the privilege of coaching students inside the very program that helped me get started. * note I would have given a 4.5 if possible :0) I joined UGCMA as someone with no prior experience in content creation, so I wanted to share an honest perspective for anyone considering the program. First, this is not a "get rich quick" opportunity. Personally, I found the learning curve to be much steeper than I expected. Some of the marketing initially gave me the impression that making money would happen more quickly and easily than it actually did. Building the skills, creating a portfolio, learning storytelling, understanding personal branding, and consistently creating quality content takes time, persistence, and a lot of effort. The coaches all have successful UGC businesses of their own, are knowledgeable, and are genuinely invested in helping students succeed. The training is comprehensive, with an extensive library of content that continues to grow through weekly community calls, weekly labs, and additional resources. Even after your initial 90 days, you continue to have access to the community, the platform, weekly labs, community calls, and the growing resource library. The community itself is supportive, encouraging, and full of people who are willing to share their experiences, answer questions, and help each other succeed. Although the journey has taken longer than I anticipated, I've learned skills I never would have developed on my own. Beyond content creation, I've grown in confidence, creativity, and my ability to tell stories, market myself, and think like a business owner. If you're expecting instant results, you may be disappointed. But if you're willing to put in the work, stay consistent, and treat it like learning any new profession, I believe UGCMA provides a strong foundation and an extensive program to help you build a successful UGC business. I'm still on my journey, but I'm excited about where it's heading and look forward to continuing to participate in the community and to grow my business.
As someone who was incredibly skeptical when I came across UGC Mastery Academy, I can truly say that this was the best decision I made and only wish I made it sooner. The one on one coaching was so beneficial for me and I feel like it made the biggest different in my successful, it was the push that I needed to launch my UGC business off the ground and I can honestly say, I would not be where I am today had I not joined. Sydney has built an incredible community full of knowledge and incredible coaches/mentors/creators. If you’re on the fence, join, I promise you if you do the work, it will be worth it.

UGC academy has helped me learn UGC way better than if I was trying to do this on my own. Granted, I was a bit more slower than I wanted to be due to my busy work life, I am a little behind on pitching with one month left in the program. I am excited to see how many deals I can close as I come to the end of my training. It’s been fun learning how to make proper videos. I appreciate all that I have learned in this academy.
The academy is very supportive and they are determined to help you succeed, that is of course if you put in the work and are determined yourself. Joining UGCMA has given me the resources, accountability, and the confidence I need to build and grow my business. I believe I made the right investment to succeed and grow :)
You know what I wish? I wish that I would have found this program when I first decided to try UGC. By the time I found the program, I was almost 100 brand deals in! It is hard to do this on your own. What works? What doesn't? What do brands look for in a creator? How do you make a really good video? How do you track it all!? All of that is answered (and much more) in the program. Yes, it is an investment. I chose to go the coach route because I have big goals and I wanted to use my 90 days to excel. You will be successful if you put the time and effort in. It is ultimately up to you...not UGCMA...they will help, for sure. And they can give you the acceleration to do so. But it is up to you how much you want it. If you are unsure, talk to one of the coaches. No pressure convo. They just want it to be a good fit for you.
I chose UGCMA because I wanted to be able to replace my full-time job with UGC within a year. I have had a slow burn with collabs, but my coach and the community have been nothing short of supportive! Not only do you learn how to make videos, but you also learn how to script write, pitch, build a portfolio, find your niche, develop your worth, negotiate, and build your personal brand. If you're reading this, you're probably where I was. Considering UGC Mastery "Academy". Hoping this will work. I paid for the PRO program because I was genuinely interested in UGC and wanted a way to make extra income. That's it. I wasn't looking for a shortcut. I wanted a real skill. During my hour-long sales call, a written contract was never mentioned. Not once. After I paid, an email arrived at 1 AM with a 13-page contract that I felt obligated to sign. My money was already gone. Everyone I dealt with was really nice. That's part of what makes this so hard. But knowing what I know now, "nice" doesn't matter. What matters is what happens when you actually need something from them. Here's what I want you to understand before you decide: Everything you're being promised verbally is not what shows up in the contract. Ask for the written terms BEFORE you send money. Read every clause. Ask specific questions about refund conditions and get written answers. The tactics used here are heartbreaking. Multiple former students have reached out to me sharing similar experiences. This is a pattern, not one person's bad luck. I have filed complaints with the Virginia Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission. I now have to take them to court to make this right. If this review saves you the months I have spent trying to recover, it was worth writing. Please protect yourself.
The learning modules set you up on a clear defined path and the 1:1 coaching is suportive and knowledgeable. I have reccomended this to several people already.

Although I’m not quite where I’d like to be, the academy was very informative and the coaches are top notch. Also I believe in the end, it will be a cheat code to collaborate with brands I otherwise would not have access to.
I have learned so much valuable information with UGCMA. I have learned how to be confident on camera, trust my differences as a strength that will make me a more likely candidate for ugc projects, I have made some great friends in this program, and have had access to my coaches 24/7 which is great. This is the best leap I have taken and I have tried other programs which took your money and gave you zero help after watching their videos. This is the real thing.
