Do not buy anything from this company, it is a total scam. All of the reviews here reflect my own experience, and I only wish I had seen them before ordering the total rubbish I have received. I have been trying to get a refund, and so far have been offered 20%, 30%, and now 50% refunds, but they have refused a full refund despite their promise of full refund if not fully satisfied!
I brought alaska fish buy 3 and get 3 free for 47£. They only sent 3 packs. Refuse to send anymore fish, said I should keep product 20% refund. I just wanted my other 3 packets. The fish was out of date. Beware had to b8n it before I get sick.
I got my order, it was nothing like the video of it or any of the pics, it come with loads of bits missing an it clearly says 14 day money back an ive been asking from the day i got it but they will not give my money back, i am looking into taking this further
Appalling. Pictures advertised on website of item were false. When asked for full refund they continually offered me a percentage refund, even though I bought the item based on the photo information they used. I have pushed them to a 50% refund but am not willing to take less than full refund,
Don't buy anything for this mob they are a scammers, cheap rubbish. I purchased what was advertised as a 32TB hard drive similar to a ScanDisk 32TB drive. What came was a cheap 30TB memory board in a very cheap plastic ScanDisk lookalike case. Complete fake!!! still trying to get my refund.
Do not buy from this company. I bought 2 large capacity boxes of biscuits (they call them pies). I paid £30. They sent 2 bags with 4 “pies” in each bag. Each pie is about 1x1.5 inches. They weren’t even the flavour I ordered. I have been offered 20, 30 and 40% refund or I could choose something from their website. Still waiting for my refund but I have put a claim in with my credit card

Do not buy from this company. The goods I bought were not fit for purpose (shoddy and does not do what it says on the box) and so I requested a full refund. They have offered a 5%, 10% and 50% refund, a coupon off my next purchase!!! or to pick something off their website. They have lied and said they are not able to deal with returns etc; Im unsure whether the people dealing with the trail of evidence I have gathered are missing their intelligence or something but how many times do you have to say, anything other than a full refund is unacceptable. I want what I am entitled to under consumer laws. I am now going to contact trading standards. Despicable!!! The only reason I’ve given 1 star is because you can’t give none!!!
