Product was exactly as described and arrived on time. Very good communication
Good communication. Product lived up to expectations - parcels arrived separately but when we asked about this they came back immediately to explain why.

Hi Daniel, Thank you for contacting us! I tried to call you but failed to connect. We also sent you a few emails. Just wanted to let you know that bow was sent separately. https://www.17track.net/?nums=EV041781037CN Thank you! Brian C.
Thanks for the delivery
Reasonable prices
Reasonable prices, wide choice. Good communication with the seller. The first parcel gone lost and the second one arrived incomplete, item missing. The seller immediately responded with a solution.
Four stars
I was happy with my bow but unfortunately the Allen keys were missing to assemble it. Also shipping took ages, about 4 weeks! Huntingdoor have offered to give me a free bowstring or something else next purchase to recompense me
Great personal service

Delivery was a bit slow but that's not the company's fault. Overall they were very helpful and would highly recommend them.

Quite a long delivery period and OK if customer made well aware of this. Item arrived. Packaging could have been a little more robust. Item itself was good and as described.

I asked them to recommend me some arrows. After receiving those recommended arrows I pointed out that they feel very cheap and I don't feel safe using them. Their reply and I quote; 'As you know, you get what you paid for.' How about recommending some more expensive arrows then? Ones that I can actually use? Edit: Since you don’t reply to your emails I will ask here. What’s your return policy?

Edit: Hello Paweł Thank you for your message! If the items are defective or damaged, we will pay for the return shipping cost. You can choose to return the arrows if you don't like them, but you need to pay for the return shipping cost as they are not defective or damaged. Thank you! HuntingDoor Team ------ Hello Paweł, Thank you for your feedback! We sold a lot of these arrows for years. Please go and test them on your end. We are sorry if you feel they are cheap by the arrow's appearance. Thank you so much! HuntingDoor Team
57" AMBIDEXTROUS TAKEDOWN RECURVE BOW WITH 12X FIBERGLASS ARROWS FINGER SAVERS RECREATIONAL CAMPING HIKING
Sorry to put a downer of all these "great 5 star" review but in plain English this now is garbage. Bought this just before Christmas as a 20lb draw weight now for my teenage son. It didn't even have enough umph to throw an arrow 18 yds into a target. Had the professional at my local club (GB para-olympian and Archery GB level 2 coach) look at it and it is at most 10lb draw weight, if you're lucky, the string is too long for the bow and not even made from Dacron, it stretches as you draw the bow, taking all the power out of it. Definitely not worth the money. Now for the sub quality arrows. After borrowing a club bow so my so could actually hit the target 6 of the 12 tips came out of the bow and ended up embedded in the target face and all of the nocks were in the wrong position and needed adjusting before the arrows could be used.

Hi Beefy, Thank you for your feedback! Could you please send us your order number or shipping address at [email protected]? We tried but could not find your order information by your name. It would be great if you can take some pictures of your measurements too. Thank you so much! Brian C.
Slow but good
The items arrived well packaged and exactly as described. The bow stand is perfect, sturdy and comes with a handy storage bag. The silicone arm band is good quality and comfy. Smaller than it looked but big enough. Could have done with more length on the upper straps. I was surprised the items shipped from China and took quite a while as the shop is listed as UK, hence only 4 stars. Would buy from here again.
Long delivery but quality product
Drop shipped from china so took a while to arrive, however quality product, just as described and a bargain for the price.
All as described
All as described, shipping did take some time.
Excellent price point and delivery
Excellent price point and delivery, one star down because one arrow required light repairs to the fletching.
No communication from seller
No communication from seller, even when I tried to contact them on multiple platforms, to find out if my item had been dispatched.
Great quality of equipment
Great quality of equipment. Well packaged. Fast response to email enquiries. Only reason I dropped a star was for the lengthy delivery times to UK which aren't altogether Huntingdoors fault.
Took forever and a day to arrive
Took forever and a day to arrive. If I’d know I wouldn’t have ordered from them.

Hi Roy, Thank you for your feedback! Yes, this package is a little slower. The recent flights to the UK are limited, and our local shipping company is finding more flights. They re-send the package today. Hope it will arrive soon. Usually the shipping near the peak holiday will get slower than normal. We apologize for the inconveniences caused to you this time. Here is the detailed tracking information on our local shipping site for your reference. There is a button for English translation. https://www.17track.net/?nums=EV998019516CN Sorry again for the shipping delay this time! HuntingDoor Team
