bad customer service bad device
I purchased less than a year ago the product, the most expensive one at that time which was the gift set with the red bag. I’ve tried many videos of different people, from their website itself like the videos from others on different social media. EVERYONE will do it differently , I’m so confused on if the aloe is before or after, if you shave first and then do or if it’s the day before. The first couple of times the light wasn’t doing anything of the machine, same as the sound of like a chisp. It was as if it wasn’t working properly, after getting frustrated with it, I left it alone. After some days I returned to try to use it and found myself with it doing the lights and the sound as if it was working. I was finally excited! But still felt like my hairs were still growing. I saw that they had recently done the new one with the pink bag and how someone like me had purchased the red one and was in hopes of the pink. Ulike replied to her letting her know she was going to get the pink as a courtesy. I contacted them in hopes of getting better information on how to correctly use it and to know about the pink bag. They instead told me that the pink bag is only exclusive for the new purchased and that they could offer me a gray one if I left a review. So HERE IT IS. I do not care for the gray bag, but do wish I did see some more realistic reviews of this, they just sent me a link on how it’s to be used. And did not provide anything else. Very disappointed especially with how expensive this product can be. If it would work it’s great, but it has not been working for me. I made sure before purchasing that my skin and hair wouldn’t be the ones to affect the purpose. Customer service was not at all good. The product is not good. I’m really disappointed on this. I will be trying the oil for hair removal to see if it will help me. Hopefully is someone gets something defective they won’t just send them away and give them better customer service. -from someone who WORKS in customer service.

Responsive customer service!
A couple of years ago, I had ordered the Air 3. After receiving it, however, I packed it away without even opening it because I was moving. I actually forgot about it and just recently found it in a moving box. When I opened it, I realized it was supposed to come with a pair of goggles, but they were missing. When I emailed customer service about the missing goggles, a rep promptly replied and offered to send me replacement. Thumbs up to its customer service!

This small machine far exceeded my expectations! I was really sceptical but I’d done a lot of research and read reviews like mine and decided to go for it. So happy with the results . You do have to be consistent but I’d rather that then lay out at least 1k .
I have enjoyed my Air 10 for the last 11 months. It was easy to use and effective at removing unwanted air with consistent use.
I had a cord that began to fray and spark after 10 months of use. Once I reached out to the company, they were quick to offer solutions for the malfunctioning cord.
Overall I am pleased with this purchase.

I have my Ulike air 10 since 2024 and…
I have my Ulike air 10 since 2024 and it’s effective through time it reduces hairs and slows down growth. I also like the modes, it can be adjusted easily. I usually use the SHR mode which is for sensitive skin and gives a cool touch. On the higher mode it temporarily heats up a little but does not hurt. Compared to other laser treatments and epilating, Ulike a is very gentle process. My skin also feels softer after every use which is a plus.

I've been using my Ulike IPL device for a little over a year now, and I love it!!! It took a little bit of a learning curve but I can consider myself a pro now... I use it all over my body and face, and I'm very particular with what I put on my face, at that... But this treatment made every other skin treatment works even better.
