Guys, do not click any trial or do the first order. Like many mentioned, once you order the first, it will keep repeating the orders monthly and u will have no ways to cancel the subscription even though u didn't sign it up for. All of their replies at the review will apologize and ask u send them your order number but it will never stop. Every email sent to them to cancel, they will not reply or keep giving you reasons or special discount to keep your orders ongoing. A freaking scam company that will never go far.

No noticeable change after 3 months of daily supplement. Canceling was difficult; I had to go through my credit card company to dispute it.

a simpler alternative to capsules

I ordered the performance gummies after previously relying on multiple capsules and this format has been noticeably easier. They taste sweet but not so much that taking them feels like a chore. I normally have one before work or a light training session. The bottle was properly sealed and the gummies looked fresh when opened.

Non existent custom care. Emailed 3 times no reply. Scam sign up process with double order and debit on accounts. In addition can’t see any benefits from this product.

This company is a sham

This company is a sham. If you order this product and use a credit card, they continue to send a monthly supply with no authorization and will not honor any cancellation request. They lie to you that their cancellation department did not receive this cancellation request and continue to send more product with no returns allowed. A complete rip off. i cancelled my card and have hired legal help to get my money back.

These performance gummies impressed me initially because they did not taste artificial or medicinal. I liked seeing ingredients such as maca and ashwagandha offered together in a convenient gummy. The bottle stores easily and the daily serving is clearly explained. Checkout was clear and shipping caused no problems.

Don’t order from them they will take money out your account every month like a standing order for different amounts and send you one package for the cost of a few. They have no one on email just the computer doing everything. Scam don’t order please

Poor customer service

The first bag arrived as expected, and the gummies tasted fine. However, I didn't notice any benefit from taking them. What has been disappointing is the subscription and cancellation process. I hadn't realised I had signed up to a recurring subscription. As soon as I became aware of the second delivery, I contacted UltimaPeak and requested that my subscription be cancelled. Rather than processing my request, I received multiple attempts to persuade me to continue. I then sent a firm email stating that my decision was final and instructing them to cancel the subscription immediately and not send any further products. Despite this, another payment was taken and another bag was dispatched. To make matters worse, I also tried to cancel the subscription through the website, but it would not recognise the email address associated with my account, leaving me unable to manage the subscription myself. I cannot comment on whether the product works for others, but based on my experience, the customer service and subscription cancellation process have been extremely frustrating. Until this issue is resolved and I receive confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled and the unauthorised charge refunded, I cannot recommend this company.

The delivery experience was acceptable but I am not sure yet whether I would order again. The parcel arrived safely and the bottle was clean. I may need another purchase before judging the service fully.

I would give zero stars if I could. Absolute piece of sh*^ of a company. The product isn’t bad at all. I ordered 3 months supply and it’s pretty good value. That’s when the sneakiness starts. They auto debit your account again and again all while sending fake replies to emails I’ve never sent making it appear they are dealing with a cancellation request. Every time I email and ask to cancel they try debit my account again. I have blocked them for future debits with my bank. Disgusting company.
