The Best Bra, the advertising is as it says. They are comfortable and they have so many designs and colors. They have a great return policy that proves their product is awesome. I have not had to return even one of them. They also have great sales as well. I have been wearing these bras for years now.
Simply put, I have seven or eight pieces and love each one. The products and customer service are outstanding!
Underoutfit offers you 150% to spend at their store if you "donate" your returns and try them again. They claimed I could still return my new purchases. I figured what do I have to lose? Well, my second order of bras was also badly fitting as the first, but when I went to return them, I found out they were only refunding pennies on the dollar (....the 50% over the 100%). In other words, by deciding to take them up on their return offer, I had committed myself to sinking 100% of the cost of the original order. This was not made clear -- feels like a slimy bait and switch to me! As for their bras.... they are only good if you are a C-cup or lower. The SML sizing just can't accommodate certain sizes like me (34DD). Medium was way too small in the bust, but the Large band was way too big, kept riding up my back and sagging down in the front. To make matters worse, the lack of underwire and the bouncy elastic fabric is just not supportive at all. In addition, they are HOT because these elastic fibers just don't breathe, and the sew-in pads are also made of something unbreatheable. Finally, all the styles seem to be tailored to push your boobs up and to the center (like a push-up bra). This mostly gave me a uniboob.... again, maybe a nice effect if you're a C-cup or lower, but for Ds or bigger, I found this to just be annoying and unattractive. I want to have TWO boobs that can BREATHE and not SAG down together in a bouncy hammock bra. Sorry Underoutfit. I wanted you to be my new go-to place, but your sizing stinks, and your misleading return policy was the nail in this coffin. I won't be back.

I love Underoutfit bras! After having a mastectomy and reconstruction, finding a bra that is both comfortable and supportive has been challenging, but these fit perfectly and provide excellent hold. The quality is great, and their customer service is truly top-notch. Their underwear is also very comfortable and well made. I highly recommend Underoutfit to anyone looking for comfort, support, and outstanding customer care.
THE most comfortable bra I’ve ever worn. The fit is great, the color selection is great - the bra is great! I now have 9 in different colors. I machine wash them in a laundry bag and air dry and they look brand new.
Bought this bra for a wedding because of the low cut in the front and the fact that it had no wire. Unfortunately it did not fit and I had to return it. I am a 38G and the largest size they had was not big enough. I was spilling out both sides and it fit more like a bikini top then a bra
I bought the Active Shaping Sports Bra (2X - 40C), which was $22.50 through a TV show promotion. LIKES: Not flimsy, COTTON fabric. mesh front straps, solid racer back, nice uplift. DISLIKES: they have pads in them, not listed in the product description. Wouldn't mind if they were removable, OR AT LEAST tacked/sewn to the side. When received, the left pad was in the middle of the bra, rolled, difficult to position correctly, constantly moves to the center. I've called them constantly, directed to leave a detailed voicemail. Prefer over Shapermint, but wouldn't pay full price!
I have costochondritis and have struggled for years to find a bra that is comfortable. Underoutfit is the only bra that was comfortable from the very first moment I wore it. Even comfy while I am walking my very active granddog. I'm hooked (pun intended)!

This company makes a great product! The Perfect Neckline Bra is extremely comfortable. It’s smooth, soft, stretchy and supports well. With so much advertising and different companies out there, UNDEROUTFIT legit is the way to go.👍
Not much compression to the material, and doesn't really do much to smooth you out. I bought these to wear under everyday jeans, but the cuffs around the legs are extremely thick and wide. It shows through the jeans on your thighs to the point that someone actually asked if I was wearing shorts underneath my pants! Quite embarrassing, but true. These are very short as well, if they made these available in in 9 or 12 inch and they insisted on keeping the larger, wide, thick cuff seam on the legs, at least it wouldn't show as much if it was down closer to your knees. Overall, I am not happy at all with my purchases. The worst part of it all is that customer service will not give me a refund even though I kept getting emails reminding me of the 180-day guarantee return satisfaction. I literally received an email telling me thank you for this order. We hope you like what you ordered, but if you don't, no worries, you can return it. No questions asked. Even if you've worn it. Don't believe that! Don't fall for their so-called guarantee and think that you can purchase these and try them on and wear them and return them with no hassle. They're telling me that they won't return something that's been purchased on sale. How ridiculous and absurd. Don't send out emails promising your satisfaction guarantee. If you're not going to follow through. I will not be buying anything else from this company and I will make sure friends and family and everyone else knows about their false advertising promises.
I did not love the product. They were quick to refund but no follow up when I requested a suggestion on a different style.
I bought a non-underwired bra, which is not what I usually wear, but the ads convinced me I’d have a good experience. Unfortunately it did not work out for me as it didn’t give me the shape and support I wanted - the sizing felt off. That said, the product was comfortable and well made and communication was good
Misleading fit claims and inconsistent return policies I purchased several bras from Underoutfit because the company advertises that their products are designed for “hard-to-fit sizes,” including smaller band sizes with fuller cups. As someone who falls into that category, I ordered in good faith and fully expected them to work. Unfortunately, the fit was completely wrong. The bands run large, the cups run small, and the strap placement is extremely narrow on the bra itself. When worn, the straps splay outward across the shoulders, creating an uncomfortable and unstable fit. These are the exact issues that people with smaller band sizes typically encounter with mainstream brands. After purchasing, I discovered that their sizing does not go below a 32 band, which makes their claims about accommodating smaller band sizes misleading. Customer service has been inconsistent. I was initially told the items were final sale and could not be returned. I was later told some items were eligible for return, but not the ones that represent the majority of the cost. To add to the confusion, the packaging states “Exchanges & Returns are Always Free,” and I also received communication referencing a 180-day guarantee. These statements directly conflict with the refusal to accept returns on certain items. Overall, I purchased based on the company’s claims about fit, but the product did not match those claims, and the return process has been difficult and inconsistent. Very disappointing experience.
