I’ve probably purchased over 40 bras from them over the last few years. I buy 10 at a time and wear one every day before washing. I had one for about 12 months and it was clearly defective. The hook somehow made it its way inside the fabric. This had never happened before in the 5+ years I had owned them. I reached out to under outfit since I felt this was a rare exception to their warranty policy. I even sent photos. They denied my claim numerous times to the point where I’m questioning buying bras from them in the future. I had previously recommended them to many friends, but no longer do so.
A bra that works and feels great!
I have tried so many bras and spent so much money; it isn’t funny. I love this bra because it fits well and has no wires. The straps do NOT fall down my shoulders. And it looks and feels good.
I’d highly recommend these bras.

I am 77 years young and like to be comfortable in my clothes. ALL of the bras I have owned in the past were not! I found under outfit on fb and thought what do I have to lose, 180 days to return! Well I ordered 2 and I wore my first one today! I LOVE IT !!!! SO comfortable and it fits perfectly and it's so soft and smooth to the touch. I will definitely be buying more soon!!!!

Comfortable Bra
I only bought 1 bra to see what I thought and I fell in love with the comfort and fit that I have 10 now. I must admit I never had a bra that throughout the day you didn’t need to pull down or pull the straps back up. Shipped fast and I am happy.

Stretched out fairly quickly. Edges “pilled”even when washed delicate & hung to dry. Straps rolled up. Two thick hems with a small single piece between usually will roll up when stretched.
I felt instant comfort and lift when I put the bra on…even wore it while sleeping. I ordered 4 more AND got my sister and cousin hooked on the UnderOutfit bras…We are a bunch of Old Ladies in our 60’s 😂

TBH, the bras are better than the panties. The bras ate extremely comfortable and fit well.
The high waisted underwear is good. Not a miracle and doesn’t take pounds off my gut. They are good.
In this day and age it is extremely rare to experience excellent customer service. Underoutfit is the exception. Sadly, it appears my breasts aren't made for anything except full coverage bras so these had to be returned. While I don't recommend the Perfect Neckline style for women with large ,full breasts, the CS is OUTSTANDING! I would give it 10 stars if I could. It took less than 2 minutes for me to request a return and get my refund. TWO MINUTES! I wish they had fit because they felt great. But my girls were intent on escaping imprisonment by either tunneling under the band or going over the top. Note: I measured and selected the recommended size.
UNDEROUTFIT has saved me time and money for a couple of years now. Saving me from buying numerous bras that were not only expensive, but also uncomfortable,(many of which ended up in the donation bag after being worn only a couple of times). Great product quality, great customer service!
Marketing scam/ poor quality and deceptive return policy
First, almost as soon as I completed an order, I was spammed like crazy and the entire company is likely a marketing front/scam to just sell your information. Because, once the product came, the quality was poor, which is why they give you such a good “deal,” for initial purchase. It did not support my breasts at all. Then they tout an easy return policy. Not only was it unnecessarily difficult to find the steps to begin the return, at multiple turns they try to get you to keep the product and get other bonus perks, rather than just honor the refund. For instance, they ask if you want to just keep the product AND get 135% store credit. There were three different offers like this along the way. It makes you question how much actually goes into the quality of the product. Finally, once you figure out how to complete the return steps, they again don’t honor it. It is then “submitted for review.” So there is dishonest practices happening at multiple steps. Let’s hope I actually get my money back.
Love my UO bras and briefs. So comfortable, no wires.

Your bras are great but your customer service is even better. Rather than return a couple bras that didn’t work for me you want me to donate them. Way to make a loyal customer!
I have order many bras from Underoutfit. They are the most comfortable and the only bras I wear. They wash well also. The delivery and customer service is the best.
