What people say

Misleading free trial and poor experience

I signed up for Undetectable AI’s free trial because I wanted to test their higher plan before committing. However, I was charged $189 much sooner than expected, and only afterward was I told that the free trial only included 250 words. From my experience, this was very misleading. I checked the website again and did not clearly see the 250-word trial limit stated the way support claimed it was. A 250-word limit is also not enough to properly test a tool like this, especially if you are choosing a plan that advertises 35,000 words. The most frustrating part is that the tool did not even work properly for me. I tried to humanize around 4,000 words multiple times, but the website kept loading, freezing, and eventually crashing with a “page is dead” message. I did not receive a successful output, yet they still initially wanted to deduct $18 from my refund for “used credits.” I contacted support and requested a full refund. They said they would forward my request to billing and that it is subject to approval. I’m still waiting for the final outcome. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The free trial terms felt unclear, the website did not work properly, and the refund process has been stressful. I would not recommend signing up unless the billing and trial terms are made much clearer upfront.

Scummy billing practices and misleading advertising

Scummy billing practices and free trials. On the free trial, it is advertised as if you get access to the full plan's features and get the tool that "Passes AI detection" with a 10,000-word limit. This is a lie. You get 250 credits on the free trial. When you try and use the advanced humanizer, you are prompted to "Activate" your free trial on the pricing page. Little did I know, the activate button actually charges you instantly. Thankfully, my bank blocked the charge. Do NOT use this service. It's extremely scummy and seems like some sort of a scam.

Mixed experience but issue resolved in the end

I wanted to share my experience with Undetectable AI in case it helps others. I signed up for the trial and cancelled on the same day after using the included credits. Later I noticed that I had still been charged for a full month. When I contacted support they initially could not find my account and said the subscription was under an email address that was slightly different from mine, which was confusing because the signup process requires email verification. It took a bit of back and forth to sort out and that part was frustrating. That said, the support team were polite in their replies and they did eventually refund the charge after I explained everything and provided proof of the transaction. My advice to anyone trying the service is to keep an eye on the billing and keep records of the email used during signup. The tool itself may be useful for some people, but the subscription and account system could be clearer. In the end the issue was resolved and I appreciated the courteous responses from their team, even though it took some time to get there.

Helpful Support Resolves Billing Issue

I was charged even though my account showed no active paid subscription. I contacted support, and they were polite, helpful, and quick in escalating my refund. I appreciate how they were quick to fix the situation. I hope they improve by making subscription cancellations register more reliably so others don’t run into the same issue.

Misleading subscription page!

I didn't like that I was charged the full amount when the ad said it's per month. It said cancel anytime--so I thought, like with other websites, that you get charged monthly and cancel whenever you feel like it and be charged only during the months you're subscribed. It was a traumatic and stressful experience. Extremely misleading. Pro: they are responsive to my cancelation request. Refund was granted and processed. Though I was only refunded a portion of the $67.20 which was ridiculous because I only used it for a few minutes after seeing the notification from my bank that I was charged the full amount.
