Mixed experience but issue resolved in the end
I wanted to share my experience with Undetectable AI in case it helps others. I signed up for the trial and cancelled on the same day after using the included credits. Later I noticed that I had still been charged for a full month. When I contacted support they initially could not find my account and said the subscription was under an email address that was slightly different from mine, which was confusing because the signup process requires email verification. It took a bit of back and forth to sort out and that part was frustrating. That said, the support team were polite in their replies and they did eventually refund the charge after I explained everything and provided proof of the transaction. My advice to anyone trying the service is to keep an eye on the billing and keep records of the email used during signup. The tool itself may be useful for some people, but the subscription and account system could be clearer. In the end the issue was resolved and I appreciated the courteous responses from their team, even though it took some time to get there.
