Don't expect any support once they sell you the policy
Getting quotes for me and my wife was fairly painless and the prices and options were quite good. HOWEVER, while I was immediately approved for my policy by INA insurance company my wife was denied for reasons they refused to reveal. That was not UMA's fault BUT when I tried to speak reach someone at UMA to discuss alternative policies I could not get either a phone or email response. Still haven't. SO, once they sold me a policy they moved on. Moral of the story: don't expect any support from them once they hang up.
