The company couldn't unlock my phone S25 ultra as advertised, but with that being said I would not hesitate to use the company again in future due the fact they promptly refunded my money No Hassles .

WOW!! Just wow! They sorted me out within 2 hours! after having my iPhone 11 pro max for 4 years on sim lock, tried other ways and failed. I researched, found them (they had pretty good reviews on reddit) chatted on email for a bit and they ensured me it was doable, made payment and voilà! problem solved! Hats off to UNLOCKBASE!

Fast turnaround 🥳
I am totally happy with the service. I first discovered this company on Reddit and I decided to take a chance and use them and it wasn’t even a full 24 hours. My device was unlocked. No issues or anything. I’m totally satisfied. I definitely will be back. The price is a reasonable. The turnaround time is amazing and from what I heard about the comments on Reddit people say if it is any delays they’ll work with you. They provide great customer service and updates along the way. Fair prices for unlock codes
They have the lowest price I could find to unlock my retro phone. Unfortunately, there were problems with the delivery and I received a full refund. I'm leaving 5 stars despite of that, because for me the refund part confirms that they're legit. 100% I will try again with other devices :)

I had a very poor experience with UnlockBase.com and strongly advise others to avoid this company. On 12/3/25, I purchased an unlock code that was advertised as being delivered within 3–7 days. The code was never delivered. After waiting well beyond the promised timeframe, I contacted customer support. They acknowledged the issue and stated that a refund would be issued. Despite this assurance, no refund has been processed and no product was ever provided. This company took payment, failed to deliver the service, and then failed to honor their promise to refund. That is unacceptable business practice. Communication was minimal and ultimately meaningless, as nothing was resolved. This feels deceptive and unprofessional Consumers should be extremely cautious when dealing with UnlockBase.com.

This is a great service! I was skeptical at first because some of these companies seem like they're not 100% legit, but I'm glad I went with my gut on this one! I paid for the unlock code and after 3 days, realized my phone was already unlocked. They refunded my money IMMEDIATELY! 1000% RECOMMEND!!!
