Unlock Base was timely and secure. They unlocked the carrier lock in under 24 hours! They kept me updated via a tracking link and in that link there was a timer making sure they unlocked in the time they originally estimated. Absolutely recommend them without a doubt.

Honest company. Which I could not say for its competitors. When they couldn't unlock my iPhone after the specified time, refund was straight forward. They even informed me that my IMEI would still be in process free of charge. Unfortunately I'm not one of the success stories you read in the other reviews. It’s been three months and the phone is still unlocked so safe to say I will have to sell a brand new phone for parts. At least I got a refund and didn't incur additional costs to try to unlock.

I was stuck with this iphone 13 pro that I bought from ebay,seller deceived me that phone is unlocked yet it wasn't,upon selling he couldn't answer messages,raised the issue to ebay and they only gave me partial refund. Tried many people who said they could unlock phone but failed,did research for some weeks and was leaning towards doctorsim as that's what ma research results were leaning more towards.I had seen unlock base but didn't give it too much attention till about 5 days ago when I came across it again,did a comprehensive search and I realised it had more positive reviews on copilot than doctorsim and it was cheaper.There was still some negative reviews which made made me skeptic and you could find some people saying reviews where forged and multiple reviews by same people.Anyway I chose to close my eyes and try it out,I was sent an email that the unlock will come in 72 hours or they will refund if they fail.i was more worried of getting a refund than getting an unlock cos I was pessimistic of them doing it but I just gave it a try.In less than 2 days I got a message that unlock was successful,didn't believe till I inserted ma line,what an experience.thanks unlock base.

It was 25 days into my waiting for my phone when they responded and apologized for the wait and refunded my $200.00 with the whisper of keeping my IMEI 3 to continue working on unlocking my iphone 15plus from carrier att.
