A bit expensive but worth the price

After 28 days of dealing with att over…
After 28 days of dealing with att over unlocking my phone with no resolution. I went online and ordered the code from unlockbase. I purchased the 72hour turn around time. Within 48 hours of placing my order att finally sent me the code. I inquired about if it was possible to cancel my order from ullockbase,since I no longer needed the code. Follow Up Review
I’m going to write a follow up to my review of Unlockbase.
The company did not reach to me, and after an unsuccessful attempt at unlocking an iPhone 16 on the Verizon network, they have refunded me for my order. However, I have no indication as to whether or not they are still working on my order, even though they’ve issued a refund for which they said in the email. In the email they sent back after multiple days going back-and-forth, They would refund me and continue to work on unlocking this device.
This company needs to put out this claimers regarding the Verizon network. Right now, Verizon has cracked down on companies such as these attempting to unlock phones before their standard policy. The policy now is 60 days. After 60 days, the phone will automatically be unlocked. How can this company continue to advertise that they’ll be able to unlock a Verizon iPhone, including the pros, for the highest price that they offer for any luck and not tell the consumer that Verizon has put an end to their business when it comes to unlocking?
This company is a hit or miss. If you’re on the T-Mobile or AT&T network, then this company is definitely for you. They have come through with successful locks on the T-Mobile network within one to three business days and I can vouch for that.
If there are issues, such as this one, the company should do daily updates to ensure the customer that they are working as diligently as possible to give great customer service. Because now, I am not going to recommend this company at all. If it’s on the T-Mobile and AT&T network, I’ll say take your chances. There are other companies out there who do this practice. However, this company needs to be more transparent with its customers when it comes to the Verizon network. This is a new issue, and until the company can ensure that they can deliver within the 5 to 10 business days as advertised, Either do away with the option or place a disclaimer.

So I got ripped off by deviceunlock.com and came here wondering how they have so many good reviews then I came across this thread and saw how the company responded with a contact email so I reached out and GOT A RESPONSE. I'm fed up dealing with companies too big or good to deal with their customers so after being assured they are legit I went and inspected their website thoroughly. I noticed they are reachable and have a money back guarantee so just for kicks I entered my info to see what the price would be, $19.99. I can risk that after receiving a reassuring email stating the first advertised process is the final and end all price so I went for it. Worst unlocking company
I have sent 4 different devices to get unlocked and they couldn't unlock any of them. The last device I put in for an unlock was an att prepaid device. I didn't the prepaid att phone to see if they could unlock anything at all and of course they said they were unable to unlock and the phone must be in an account that was past due or I didn't pay the device off. It was a prepaid att device like come on. Oh well at least they give you refunds. That's about the only good thing about unlockbase.
