I applied for a loan to pay off some debt. When I applied, I filled out a form to designate the funds. I designated $600 toward the loan payoff and $600 to my bank account. Instead, they paid off the entire loan at $860 and only 280 to my account. I now understand that there was an origination fee. But I still only wanted $600 to go to the loan.
When I contacted them about it, they didn’t change it.
The process was easy and convenient. The funds were sent quickly through once approved. When I called to follow up I was able to get a hold of someone easily. All questions were answered professionally.
