Upon opening the box, one of the lights was broken and the stand did not work. Additionally, three out of the 10 that I had when plugged into the wall did not remain a steady color and were flashing the whole time. I’m an event planner so I’m aware of how to use the park and could not get it to, Steady on the proper setting

I had a great experience with uplight rentals. Everything went so smoothly and it was such an easy process to return. I rented some of the outdoor string lights and they were great quality as well. Couldn’t have been more pleased.

This was one of the easiest rentals I've ever done. I received them on time, with clear instructions for how to package them back up, return label AND tape included (loved this), and send them back for return. Would recommend to anyone who needs lights for an event! Lights looked elegant and added a great sense of *magic* to our Winter Wonderland Corporate Christmas Party. Thank you!
Uplight Rentals is a great company to work with. I contacted Lucas at Uplight Rentals last minute, he said no problem and shipped the lights out to me right away. They came with extra cords, zip ties and everything we needed to put them up. The lights looked amazing and made our party a big success. We boxed them back up in the box he provided with a pre-printed label and even packing tape. It couldn't have been better or easier. Thank you Lucas.
The lights were great! The shipping back was great! I would be mindful to have lights arrive a day before you need set up. This was my fault for not getting them sooner but I was able to get some lights up and they looked fantastic!

It’s amazing what lighting can do for an event. If you want to take it to the next level but not purchase all of that equipment, UplightRentals just sends it to you and then gives you information to send it back when the event is over. It’s a win-win. We will definitely use them again. And customer service was top notch.
It was so easy. We set up the lights by selecting what color we wanted and pointed them at the wall. I brought more ambiance to the room. They came on time in boxes that were packed with foam. It was easy to put back in the boxes. They came with everything needed to ship back. I really enjoyed using this service!
Easy and efficient! I also had a few questions throughout the process, and would always receive a response within the hour. Will definitely use again for all my up lighting needs.
