Update: Well, I was totally wrong. The item arrived on time and CS reached out to me both via phone and email. The product itself was packaged well and high quality. I'll be back- sorry for the Christmas panic!
I might update this if I ever receive the coat I paid extra for expedited delivery. Almost a week later my status still shows they haven't even located my item. The part that makes me really anger is another company had the coat in hand, but I ordered from here for expedited delivery. The date I was given before ordering is NOT going to happen. Contacted support and not a word. I won't be ordering from here again and it doesn't look like I can cancel my order because I would if I could.

Warm, soft, and quality hoodie and easy shopping experience
I've been looking for a thick, warm hoodie that feels soft and premium. I came across Urbanheer and found some styles that were very close to what I was considering but to be honest I was a bit skeptical as I never purchased from Urbanheer. But I'm genuinely happy that I looked positive reviews on product quality and decided to purchase one for myself. The hoodie I got is exactly what I was looking for - even a bit better. Thick, warm, and very well-made. The fabric feels luxury, the stitching is clean and baggy style make it look very stylish. The reason I am sharing this review is actually because of overall experience. They are very reachable and responsive. They have some great stand out styles for season and shopping experience is very smooth. I have already have 2-3 items in my favorites, and looking to buy more for the holiday season. Hoping for more discounts during Black Friday time.

I haven’t gotten an update on my order or an response from customer service yet and I’ve emailed Twice my order is supposed to arrive tomorrow and I highly doubt that it will! At this point I need a response on my order status or please return me my money!

EDIT: While it was difficult to get into contact with this company initially, they have satisfactorily responded to my needs and helped me exchange, and eventually return my shoe when I decided it wasn't the right fit. I still think they should have a customer service phone number you can call.
Company has no way to contact them about a return. I tried the customer service email listed on their website multiple times, with all the necessary details. All I got was an automatic reply saying they'd get back to me. I bought a shoe a half size too big and just needed an exchange. Now I'm outside 30 days, with no reply. I wrote them 2 days after receiving my product.

Unique and exclusive styles at great prices. I just picked up new Gingham jacket that was featured in recent article on Urbanheer for latest fall collection. I simply love the jacket and new collection they have online and in store. I am honestly impressed with Urbanheer unique fall winter collection. I bought couple of items and topwear and leggings are breathable, sporty and actually feel very durable while working out. I placed an order on July 21st for a dress I needed for for today (Aug 1st). I paid $45 to ensure I get it by July 29. The 'view my order' page has never been updated. I fell in love with a dress and wished it came in a different color. I contacted Urbanheer Customer Care team and to my surprise, the customer specialist let me know that while it wasn't available in the current season, they could custom-design it for me in just 7-8 days. That level of service is unheard of! I trusted and placed the order. They actually delivered the custom-made dress ahead of schedule - a perfectly tailored dress in my chosen fabric and color. The branded packaging and attention to detail make the overall experience even more special. I've been getting really nice compliments on the dress.
Urbanheer is becoming my little secret, but I believe great work, innovation, genuine customer care, and real values deserve to be recognized. Kudos to team Urbanheer. They have won a customer for lifetime. Highly recommended!!

I just received my latest dress from Urbanheer - a stunning new dress for a wedding. I am so excited to wear it that I decided to share my review. I thought I could trust the reviews...
Never heard of this company so I did a little online researching and felt ok about the reviews. I ordered and my credit card was charged on July 3, 2025. On July 20 I sent an email because I still have not received anything. No one responded to the email but shortly thereafter I received an email that my items have shipped w/a tracking number. When I look at the order itself it only says that one item shipped, not even sure what happened with the second item??? No explanation, no contact. Then when I look up the tracking information it says only that a label was created. I call today and I'm told that they will contact the carrier and get back to me in a few hours?I'm about to contact my credit card company.
