ordered begining of April for some coils and a tank. STILL WAITING...emailed them multiple times with minimal responses and absolute lies. Not in stock. Slow shipping. Slow tracking updates...never ever again! Save your sanity and spend the extra couple bucks

they get one star because I can't give less - DONT BUY FROM THEM - I ordered an item in January 2019 - CC was charged and then they say it's a preorder! - after waiting 3 months they tell me the package was stopped in custom and returned - Im still waiting for my money to be returned - I dont understand How Paypal can use that company?

I bought a Vaporesso Luxe, The package was opened and they changed the guenuine drip tip (that is proprietary on the skrr) by a low quality one. As they first answer to my complain, they stop to comunicate and never send me the original one! I'll never buy anything from there again
I have been working with this company for a few years now. It was a smooth process in the beginning, but in the past year it has become a complete aggravation... their web site states a certain quantity, but when you place an order you have to email them because they will not notify you immediately of any mishaps. For example, their website states 190 instock but once you paid for your order, you will receive an email the next day that they no longer have any instock. Now they don't refund your money but apply it to your next order. Keep in mind their hours are different from U.S.A. and due to the different hours, it prolongs the process of your order, communicating and shipping. I will no longer use this company.
I ordered the Valddin RE vape in first week in jan and received it 3 weeks later. It had showed as processing for about a week though so I was a bit worried. But I'm happy with the vape and I would use them again.
Ordered a mod for my birthday. 10 days later it was still processing so i followed up with them. They then told me it was out of stock. I ended up asking for 3 other mods and all of them were out of stock as well. Yet the website says they have plenty of them on hand. I have now asked for my money back but after seeing the other reviews i have since found i hope i can even get that back.
The reason that packages take so long is not Urvapin’s fault, it is from the USPS holding the package to clear it because it’s an international order.
I ordered a mod off of this site two months ago. I still haven't recieved it. I was being patient because the estimated arrival said 15-30 days. Also, no way for me to track my order. Two months later though, I emailed support and asked if there was an issue and if my order has not been shipped I wanted my money back instead of dealing with it anymore. The email I got back said, "It needs time to update. You can wait." So rude. Terrible customer service. Total scam site. I wish there was a 0 stars option. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Put your money in the garbage on garbage night then go to another state's dump that you don't live in and you will have a better chance to get your money back are the product you wanted.. I ordered 4 months back and did finally get what I ordered put it doesn't work and when I called them on it the keep saying that I didn't buy it from them when my PayPal receipt sure says I did.. Then they said they would exchange it but the company doesn't make it anymore which ain't the truth it just came out was the invoke. The funny thing is I asked them if there out how come there web site shows they have 190 of them and they won't answer..I been trying to get them to so the right thing since Nov and every week it's different story.. I will keep on flooding there email everyday it's just not right. Trust me stay away from them just pay $20. more it will be a less of a headache...
Crooks took my money and I have since asked for a refund.... they keep telling me to check with my bank....DO NOT DEAL with them !!
