If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. It went from high pressure sales call, and a need to sign the paperwork THAT DAY!! To tremendous pressure to move ahead as fast as possible, to no contact at all, within 30 days. I have heard nothing in three months, and all emails are either being bounced back or dead ends. All phone numbers are disconnected. I've reached out to some local people who did the inspection of my roof to check to see if I needed a new one, and they told me that the company shut down here in Washington. I have heard nothing from them about that. I have signed loan documents, but no panels, and very little information on the loan itself to be able to close it out.
Company is also doing business under USA Clean Energy Association.

Very Disappointing
What a nightmare. We signed up in September 2023. Panels were installed middle of November. They were supposed to come back to finish the hook up to the house but we’re still waiting.
After repeatedly asking when it would be finished they stopped answering my calls and text messages.
It is mid April 2024 now and we still haven’t heard anything about finishing our project. But get this….TWICE now they’ve tried to get us to sign off on the loan even though they haven’t finished!!! First by phone and second by email asking us to sign off.
I’d take the panels off my roof and be done with this mess if I thought it wouldn’t damage my roof. Now I’m stuck with them.

Started great
Install, hookup, and use at first was great. Then my garage lights started messing up unlike anything before. Tried to get ahold of them but it's been no answer and no communication since.
Where is Revolution Solar? Are they bankrupt? Thanks to a very helpful Solar company from Michigan, I have been able to start producing PV power, but the battery has not yet been connected, due to a lack of configuration by Revolution. Will I ever hear from them again? The mystery continues.
Company went out of business, contract unfulfilled
Everything went relatively well (with some bumps in the road where the roofing was concerned) and excellent customer service and communication, until Revolution Solar and/or USA Clean Energy Solutions went out of busines. They left me with a fully functional solar system that’s not yet been turned on. I’m left in the blank not knowing who to turn to: who is going to provide service and maintenance for the next 25 years I signed up for? how do I file for all the tax credits and rebates that I’m due? is my roof insured for the next 30 years or not? … I’m pretty sure I could get a city inspector to come out, finally turn the system on and get connected to the ComEd grid, but having zero insurance on a home improvement you took a several $10,000 loan on is terrifying. Oh and of course I’m left with paying both bills now: the loan I took to finance the project and my regular electric bill. It’s a nightmare, as I’m not a wealthy household and can’t afford an attorney… To have your solar company go belly up is not sth I wish on anybody!
I their anyone willing to go in on a lawsuit against the Revolution Solar. How many descruntal customers are out there. I blame the government as well. They sent out letters stating this company was not authorized to offer government grants but have done nothing to assist those that were taking advantage of. I think stricter guidelines/regulations should be in place by the government on companies who provide this type of service to consumers. I wish i could rate zero stars. This company should have their business license revoke and be fine by the government and have to pay restitution to all customers they have LIED to. I have all emails and recorded conversations between company representatives.

Do not go with this solar company
Do not go with this solar company. False promises from the customer service have fallen through time and time again. Not even reaching out to the project coordinator (Elba Sanchez, sales rep (Mark Anderson), customer care team (David Manzo, Chris Gutcher, Charles Payne) have made an attempt to reach out to me via phone or email despite multiple attempts to get a hold of them. Since January 3rd I’ve still been waiting to hear from the team to get up and running. I’ve been making payments for the solar panels since October 2023 and still haven’t been able to use this service and still currently pay comEd for electricity. When the initial phone call was made we made sure to ask if we’d be charged for the service before being operational and the sales rep said no but that if anything they would pay until we were operational. They have only honored 1 months payment and have ignored me since.

HORRIBLE COMPANY
Come fix my leaking roof. I love how you went out of business this January in Washington State, the same month you installed my panels. Thanks for the leaking roof, but no help, no warning, no returned phone calls, and a $75,000 debt.
Installation was completed in a timely manner. Final hook was not. I called repeatedly, no one would answer or return my call. Finally, David Manzo a spokeman for the company told me to hire a private contractor to finish the installation process so the company electrician could hook us up. Mr. Manzo assured us the company would reimburse us. Our local company finished the installation process and our solar was turned on Dec. 15th, 2023, eight months after promised. I sent the bill in and have called numerous times, Revolution Solar has ghosted me.
Had them install it in July 2023 and they have yet to finish hooking it up. I lost contact completely with them. Cannot call any of the numbers I was given they are all disconnected. The email addresses are all deleted as well

Fingers crossed the new roof and solar panels are decent quality. No use to me if I can get ahold if Revolution Solar to turn them on. I've been waiting for 6 months and nothing. There is no phone number of reliable email to get ahold of a customer service or company representative. Contract left unfulfilled.

Revolution solar came and installed our…
Revolution solar came and installed our solar panels right away. That took place in June 2023. As of today we are still not reaping any benefits as they have not got it hooked up. Most phone numbers are disconnected that we originally had and nobody returns your phone calls, texts or emails. I am paying for a purchase since last year and not seeing any benefits. This has been going on for over 9 months. Absolutely ridicoulus.
Installation went well as far as I could see. After half of the year using the system I have a question but all contacts (email, phone) stopped responding. I see that they are responding here in good comments.
Addition: They replied by email after this review. Well, you decide if it is a good company or not. I think it is not how you do business. But the system works. I'm not sure what to do if something happened to the system. The company claimed it is insured, but I cannot find any documents on that (need to look through emails again). So, I don't know. It looks ok, but...
My purchase was straight forward and installation was out sourced and that went smoothly. I was promised when I made the purchase that I would receive reimbursement for my last three months electric bills and I provided them with copies of those bills. I never received any payment and when I tried to reach out to the company I got no response. I tried calling emails and texts. I contacted the BBB and they were to that this would be taken care of and still no response from revolution or payment. I also had three panels that weren’t working and never a response back on this either.

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. There tied in with USA clean energy and this has big the biggest scam and should be known. They installed panels on my house and wrong inverter. Permits have been done several times and get kicked back. They confused me with someone in Michigan with the same name. Won’t call back won’t respond to email. Had several different so called project managers. Haven’t been reimbursed in several months for not having it turned on. Signed in July of 22 and still no solar and no communication. Everyone running this place is a scam. Don’t sign anything they don’t follow through.
Run Run Run, no incentives will be seen at all just debt. Very little communication and nothing but lies, I do not recommend you call, text, email, or anything with this company.

Terrible. My solar system has been installed for over a year, and is still not operational. I have been unable to get in contact with them since December of last year (so almost 4 months now). They had been reimbursing me for my loan payments, but that has stopped as well. I am now paying money for a system that does not work and have not been able to contact them in any way, shape, or form. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON. Literally just get a massive wad of cash from your bank and flush it down the toilet instead. It will be quicker and easier than working with them, and the result will be the same. I only gave them one star because 0 is not an option. I’ll say it again: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Ghosted me, won't return any calls, emails, now i'm stuck with a system that isn't working and isn't even turned on yet, they got their money and bounced.
Installed Nov. 2023. March, 2024. No hookup to comed, yet. We are advised to call the Illinois State Attorneys General office to report as a scam. Revolution Solar and USACEA.org won’t respond to our vm’s, texts, emails.
