My First Real Book
I really don’t know what to say, really. I had heard some…sketchy reviews and google’s AI summary about this place, but did at least want to thank this company for helping me at least with my first book “Demon’s Crest,” though I am publishing it with other platforms.
I made the story all by myself and an amazing artist named Melinda Adler helped me create the cover. She also helped create a bunch of illustrations of the characters and a few scenes, though I’m more comfortable with keeping them to myself, mostly for personal comfort. Soon, she’ll be making a farewell commission for me and I’m more than grateful for what she’s done for me. If you want to find her, she’s on twitter and discord as melindalyyy.

There are times when I have no clue what I’m doing as I have never written a book before let alone done the whole publishing thing. It was rocky in the beginning…switch of project management but Arthur has been great! I’m looking forward to having this story out and hope the public loves it!

Very happy with this company and their processes in getting their clients involved with making the best of the clients projects! I was amazed at how they make things soo much simpler than book writers having to go at publishing their own content. Before I submitted to publishers, I needed a review, and for that I was truly grateful for their critique. They explained the strengths and weakness in a clear manner, and it was much quicker than I anticipated. This made me feel like they truly respected my work, rather than just ticking a box. From the start I told my project manager ,Aston that I wanted the book to be done with excellence. They delivered on that request 200%! They listened to my expectations, my experiences, found out who I was and how I wanted to be presented before the book was even opened. They read the book multiple times to make sure it was edited correctly and flowed well. They made recommendations that helped enhance my goals, they were always very honest and open with feedback and Aston was always checking up on me to let me know how things were coming along. This was an amazing experience and I will be using them again.

A place you can fine your art
A user by the name Leena Miana offer an opportunity to bring my works to life. And made a book cover for me. They seem excited, and eager to work with me. And offer deals that would help around how much I could afford. And show thrill to continue being part of my creative landscape journey. The book cover was style to my imagination and they even took the time to read my works to efficiently get the best detail of my vision!

These guys are a complete scam
These guys are a complete scam. They list several authors that they have published including Joshua James. They scheduled a call so I could speak with him personally. It was a hoax. Wasn't him at all. In fact the guy I talked to had a significant Indian accent and couldn't answer simple questions about his writing.

Patience and Openness
What made my experience great was patience displayed time and time again throughout the entire process. June and Aston went above and beyond to make sure that my needs were met and that everything was to my liking. For me, one of the steps that took a great deal of time was the the book covers. There was a lot of back and forth which was my fault, not theirs. With that said, they were extremely patient with me in making sure that the images were exactly the way I wanted while still considering the look and feel of how a book cover is supposed to be. On top of that, they were very open and communicative about what was going on and why. At no point did I feel like things were being done without my say so or days at a time would go by without any word from them. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get into the writing world.

Apologies
I was given to believe The British Publishing hub in the Uk was linked to the USA. A breach in contract with Harry Smith and Anna Philips in the British Publishing hub have made no contact with me despite emails and phone calls. We are devastated to be treated like this. No reason given. Money taken and no book.
This is not any reflection on the USA hub and I apologise if I have given the wrong information or misled customers of USA hub
