I am very happy with Ryan Foster my account manager. He was very good at walking me through the process. To be able to see my own book on Amazon has been so exciting. Ryan was very engaging and either emailed me and text. I felt like I could reach out at any time and ask any questions
When I first started, I didnt have much expectations. But they have been nothing else but professional. I had a strict timeline which UPH fulfilled with quality and hard work. Upwards n onwards. Proud of my decision.. highly recommended.!!
Delays Broken Promises and Misrepresentation- there have been a barrage of misleading and/or Misrepresentations. In some cases both. The physical location of the office was advertised as a means of deliverables that sponsored a belief of executive suite accompanied by appropriate expert associates - NOT TRUE Book Samples of finished product never received even after given specifics for delivery to prevent any challenges or issues. Again - NOTHING Promises that the Books had been delivered on multiple occasions even amid contradictory dates

Started off “gangbusters”. However, after one year, I am still owed much in terms of promises made with no recourse in sight. Honestly, it should be a one star review based on results. I do have to give them credit because during the initial phase, their work and motivation was exciting. Unfortunately, I can’t say I could ever recommend them now. Update/I have been contacted by a new member of USA Publishing and they are now addressing all of my concerns. I must say I’m impressed with their responsiveness.
Awesome services and truly dedicated team

Choosing a publisher can be a daunting task these days. After trying a couple publishing houses with little success I found USA Publishing Hub on social media. Finding them there was an immediate red flag with so much misinformation on those platforms these days. Nothing ventured, nothing gained was my mantra, so I made the call. Arthur Burton answered and I knew immediately this was going to be the help I needed. He was personable and most helpful in his encouragement. From the onset, this project was a pleasure and we are not ones easy to accept skirting perfection! Arthur stuck with us week in week out, and in the end a very professional website was added to the mix. The initial financial outlay was a few hundred dollars and added expenses soon became obvious although not advertised at the time. The end product showed again, one 'gets what one pays for'. The expense became ten fold from the original payment. Any serious author should not hesitate to make this investment for it's worth every penny in the end. Comparisons are odious but USA Publishing Hub stands tall for value and outstanding in product!
Thank you for your detailed and honest feedback! We’re glad Arthur Burton was able to support you throughout the process and that you’re pleased with the final outcome and website. We truly appreciate your trust in USA Publishing Hub and your recognition of the value we strive to deliver.
My experience with USA Publishing Hub has been nothing short of outstanding. They turned what initially felt like an overwhelming, intimidating self-publishing journey into a seamless, educational, and genuinely exciting process. From the very beginning, I felt supported and informed at every step. Working with Arthur has been especially rewarding. He is an incredibly talented advisor who took the time to explain the process clearly, answer questions thoughtfully, and provide guidance that truly empowered me. What once terrified me became a structured, understandable journey that helped me grow into a more confident author who now understands how publishing really works. USA Publishing doesn’t just help you publish a book; they educate you, build your confidence, and make you feel proud of the work you’re creating. I’m grateful for the professionalism, patience, and expertise they brought to my project and would highly recommend them to anyone considering self-publishing.
Thank you for your wonderful and thoughtful feedback! We’re truly glad Arthur and the USA Publishing Hub team were able to make your publishing journey clear, supportive, and empowering. It means a lot to know you felt confident and guided throughout the process, and we appreciate your recommendation!
The onboarding and cover design was excellent. The team worked with me closely through the format process and I am very pleased with the final product.
Working with Ryan Foster made this experience of pricey and publishing my book through KDP amazing! I attempted to do it myself many times and just could not do it without receiving error messages. He and his team did wihatever was needed over AND beyond what was asked. He communicated often: text, email and phone. He often made contact outside of what I'm sure was normal business hours. He stayed with me until processing became published. There was a few missteps within the process, but he got right on them and resolved them immediately.
Thank you for your kind feedback! We’re glad Ryan Foster and the team were able to support you through the KDP publishing process and ensure everything was completed successfully. We truly appreciate your trust and are happy we could help bring your book to publication!
