POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am writing to formally demand a full refund for the order placed, which was never delivered. I have already reached out regarding this issue, and their response directing me to the shipping company is unacceptable. Under consumer protection laws, the seller is responsible for ensuring delivery—not the shipping provider. I expect a full refund within 7 business days. If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter through my payment provider and file a formal complaint with the relevant consumer protection authorities. Stay away!!!
