Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. People love joining these guided walks because the staff members are exceptionally friendly, highly knowledgeable, and keep everyone thoroughly entertained with fascinating historical stories. Consumers frequently share that exploring various local areas and haunted locations feels personal and engaging, turning evening outings into truly memorable adventures.
However, some people mentioned that certain guides were difficult to hear, spoke in a monotone voice, or struggled to use a microphone when background traffic noise became too loud. Visitors occasionally noted that walking tours lacked proper audio equipment, making it hard to follow the storytelling during busy evening hours.

I feel like this is marketed in a way that might be misleading to some. I did this tour because a friend from out of town wanted to do it. I’m a believer in the paranormal, but I also believe it can be blown out of proportion for monetary gain, so I tend to stay away from anything I feel may be doing so.
Having said that, this tour, even with its ghostly tales (which actually were really cool also), was very informative. I love history, and that was almost what this felt like. A historical tour of Memphis, talking about some of the things that have left lasting imprints on this city. I’ve lived here for 13 years, and I learned more today than I have in my prior years combined.
If you believe you’re going to be tricked into believing every building is haunted, and a mass murderer lived on every corner, don’t worry. This is NOT that. I highly suggest this tour if for nothing more than to get to know more of the city than many call home, alive and dead 😉.

We love creating experiences that highlight the rich history, legends, and unique character of each location. Really enjoyed the walking tour. The guide was very engaging and did a good job of sharing the town’s history and the ghosts that may still roam. She was very good to answer questions and was knowledgeable. Quick note, the tour is a street tour. A lot of the places we saw had separate ghost tours that you could take if you wanted to see inside the buildings

Hi Kellie! We're so glad you enjoyed the walking tour! It's wonderful to hear that your guide's engaging storytelling, knowledge of the town's history, and willingness to answer questions made the experience memorable. We also appreciate you sharing that helpful note about the tour being a street walking tour, as many of the locations offer separate experiences for guests who would like to explore inside. Thank you for your kind words, and we hope to welcome you back for another haunted adventure soon!
Finley gave the best ghost tour I've ever been on.We went to all the locations in the description and told stories of history, sightings, and other information that fleshed out the "ghost" experiences people have witnessed in the past. We physically covered a lot of ground! And we got to rest our feet at La Posada -that I have never been to- for the best of all locations.

Brian was an incredible guide
Brian was an incredible guide - he knew his stuff! We started at the Boston House and fortunate us - we were able to actually go inside as this was their grand opening. I loved hearing the McCarthy connection (my name no relation) and the many other “stories” about how Ft. Pierce came to be. I try to always do a Ghost Tour when visiting a new destination. You learn so much more history than in a travel brochure - just be sure to book a “good tour” and this was just that. Ask for Brian you won’t be disappointed.

As someone who spends a lot of free time hiking and enjoying the outdoors, I found the brisk evening walk through the city's historic core to be the perfect way to spend a night out.

Phenomenal experience! Waited for years to get to the Lizzie Borden house in museum and it was worth the wait! Larry, our guide, was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and enthusiastic. He engaged the group and made all of us think about this long time mystery and all of the possibilities for what really occurred. If you love history, women’s stories, murder, mysteries, make time to get there.
