Easy way to create documents needed for those "special" times. Will, Living Will and Health Care Proxy all in one place. Excellent help is also provided. Inexpensive too. But you should also consult an Elder Care attorney for final review and witnessing.
Easy TX will setup and execute. Alot of robust but simple adding like pwr atty, transfer properties documents and all legally binding and just print notarize and file with county clerk. Changes also easy. All for very reasonable cost. Highly recommend.
I came across UsLegalWills while researching if, I could write my own. It was so easy using their online program. I appreciated the info received,while completing my Will and POA. The docs were impressive. Nothing had to be corrected. In the folder, there was info on need for witnesses and/or notary. Also what color ink to use where signature or initials were needed and why! Very detailed.
